簡介:山東大學博士學位論文航空整體結(jié)構件加工變形滾壓校正理論及方法研究姓名王中秋申請學位級別博士專業(yè)機械制造及其自動化指導教師李劍峰孫杰20090501山東_人學博IJ學位論文釋放過程采用邊界條件轉(zhuǎn)換模擬,在底面不共線的三點施加3.2.1約束,使工件可以自由變形,獲得了夾具釋放后框類結(jié)構件的變形。設計了銑削實驗,將模擬獲得的框類結(jié)構件的最終變形與實驗獲相比較,驗證了有限元模型的正確性。根據(jù)二維滾壓過程數(shù)學物理模型構建了二維薄壁滾壓有限元仿真分析模型。分析了不同滾壓力、不同薄壁厚度下滾壓過程中材料流動、應力、應變變化關系,并以切削應力為例分析了滾壓應力與初始應力的相互作用關系。通過分析滾壓應力與初始應力的作用關系表明薄壁滾壓過程可以看作是滾壓機械應力與初始應力疊加的過程,該過程可以通過調(diào)整滾壓力及滾壓位使薄壁產(chǎn)生不同程度的塑性變形量及內(nèi)應力分布。不同滾壓力對于薄壁滾壓產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應力分布不同當滾壓力較低時,滾壓過程只能在淺表層產(chǎn)生較大的滾壓力壓應力波谷,該滾壓力水平為低滾壓力水平;隨著滾壓力的增加,滾壓產(chǎn)生的表層應力開始接近深層材料的應力,并引起深層材料應力的較大改變,為過渡滾壓力水平;滾壓力進一步增大,使?jié)L壓后工件材料應力在表層形成最大應力變化區(qū),則為高滾壓力水平,其中過渡滾壓力水平對材料表層及深層綜合影響最大而又不會產(chǎn)生較大塑性變形。相同滾壓力下,薄壁滾壓應力隨著薄壁厚度的增加,峰值與深層材料應力的平均水平都有所降低,但是最大應力峰值產(chǎn)生的深度基本保持不變。將滾壓應力與初始應力的疊加關系應用NT型件的滾壓變形中,提出了基于校正圖譜進行校J下的滾壓校正思路,并通過有限元仿真分析進行了初步驗證。采用解析方法和有限元法分析了平面二維應力狀態(tài)毛坯初始殘余應力的矩形板工件在不同初始應力條件下,逐層剝除過程中殘余應力的重新分布規(guī)律以及引起的加工變形規(guī)律。分析表明,毛坯的初始應力狀態(tài)對工件的變形形式具有決定性作用當毛坯初始殘余分布狀態(tài)為表層為壓應力、中間為拉應力時,單面去除材料后,工件發(fā)生兩端向上翹曲的變形;當毛坯初始殘余分布狀態(tài)為表層為拉應力時,工件單面去除材料后,發(fā)生兩端向下彎曲的變形。以“日”字形兩隔框結(jié)構件為例,構建了側(cè)壁局部滾壓彎曲校正的有限元仿真分析模型,分析了滾壓過程中滾壓應力與初始應力的作用關系,以及不同滾壓參數(shù)下滾壓變形的變化規(guī)律。基于以上分析構建了兩隔框結(jié)構件滾壓變形校正圖譜,并進行了仿真分析,表明該方法在隔框變形校正分析中有效,進一步通過三隔框結(jié)構件的彎曲變形校正仿真及實驗對比進行了驗證,表明通過查詢校正圖譜確定隔框類整體結(jié)構件彎曲滾壓校正參數(shù)有效可行。對于實際應用可能產(chǎn)生的誤差使校正結(jié)果一次無法滿足要求XII
