簡(jiǎn)介:西安理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文黃土高原生態(tài)修復(fù)與生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)研究姓名王埃平申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)水利工程指導(dǎo)教師李占斌張翼20070901西安理工大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文2、總結(jié)了我國(guó)黃土高原典型地區(qū)生態(tài)修復(fù)綜合治理規(guī)劃方法。依據(jù)黃土高原生態(tài)修復(fù)、土地荒漠化的特點(diǎn)以及人與自然和諧相處的理論,應(yīng)用恢復(fù)生態(tài)學(xué)理論和水土保持原理,遵循自然規(guī)律和經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,系統(tǒng)地提出了黃土高原生態(tài)修復(fù)綜合治理的模式和步驟;提出了按小流域資源功能進(jìn)行綜合治理措施配置,在黃土高原生態(tài)修復(fù)綜合治理中有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和參考價(jià)值。3、在全面分析黃土高原影響坡面、溝道土壤侵蝕的主要因素以及土壤侵蝕形式、產(chǎn)生機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出坡面和溝道綜合治理措施配置的原則和要求。應(yīng)用通用土壤流失方程和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),建立了典型小流域綜合治理措施決策系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了溝道壩系優(yōu)化規(guī)劃模型研究,根據(jù)大量觀測(cè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和黃土高原綜合治理的實(shí)踐,深入分析黃土高原生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化和水土流失嚴(yán)重的原因,提出退耕還林草、封山禁牧、淤地壩建設(shè)作為黃土高原治理水土流失、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境的重大戰(zhàn)略措施,對(duì)于加快黃土高原生態(tài)修復(fù)和自然植被建設(shè)有很重要的作用。4、通過對(duì)黃土高原修復(fù)區(qū)生態(tài)退化特征和退化機(jī)理的詳細(xì)分析,以生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況極其脆弱的鹽池縣為例,對(duì)其生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行定量研究,提出一套針對(duì)該縣切實(shí)可行的生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用層次分析法、內(nèi)插法、回歸分析法I評(píng)價(jià)了鹽池縣1991~2000年生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量等級(jí)在評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),該縣的自然災(zāi)害和環(huán)境污染情況在逐年變好;并且對(duì)2001~2015年生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量作了預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)良性發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。5、根據(jù)生態(tài)修復(fù)的實(shí)際,提出了生態(tài)修復(fù)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的地表基底穩(wěn)定性、恢復(fù)植被和土壤、保證一定的植被覆蓋率和土壤肥力、增加種類組成和生物多樣性、實(shí)現(xiàn)生物群落的恢復(fù)、提高生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)力和自我維持能力、減少或控制環(huán)境污染、增加視覺和美學(xué)享受。關(guān)鍵詞黃土高原;水土流失水土保持;生態(tài)修復(fù);綜合治理模式;生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)

簡(jiǎn)介:南京信息工程大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)東部十城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與預(yù)警研究姓名周萍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師門可佩20080501我國(guó)謄郝十城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與頸警研究碩I論文中文摘要人類只有一個(gè)地球,2L世紀(jì)的當(dāng)今世界隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染也越來越嚴(yán)重,各國(guó)政府也越來越重視生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)。目前,生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的方法有很多,理論上的闡述較為詳盡,但對(duì)實(shí)際的應(yīng)用較少,同時(shí)關(guān)于環(huán)境預(yù)警理論研究也不多見。本文依據(jù)國(guó)家環(huán)保局組織制訂的生態(tài)縣、生態(tài)市、生態(tài)省建設(shè)指標(biāo)試行,對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究,針對(duì)我國(guó)東部十大城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量提出~種簡(jiǎn)單合理、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的定量評(píng)價(jià)方法螭值法,為我國(guó)生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)工作提供參考依據(jù)。但在實(shí)際工作中,影響環(huán)境變化的因素很多,而且具有較大的模糊性和不確定性,僅僅得出簡(jiǎn)單的評(píng)價(jià)值不足以指導(dǎo)我們工作,因此本文采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法對(duì)環(huán)境預(yù)警的備影響因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出了各影響因素的相對(duì)重要性排序,對(duì)環(huán)境預(yù)警系統(tǒng)在實(shí)踐工作中的具體應(yīng)用和真正發(fā)揮預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的有效作用提出有參考價(jià)值的建議。本文的研究結(jié)果表明汕頭、蘇州、廈門、青島的生態(tài)環(huán)境較優(yōu),名列前茅;南京、上海、杭州的生態(tài)環(huán)境相對(duì)較差一些。通過灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析得出酸雨頻率對(duì)環(huán)境的影響最大,工業(yè)廢水排放達(dá)標(biāo)率、二氧化硫年均濃度、人均公共綠地面積緊跟其后。這靼個(gè)指標(biāo)決定著環(huán)境污染的程度,所以對(duì)環(huán)境預(yù)警的警情預(yù)報(bào)起關(guān)鍵性作用。關(guān)鍵詞環(huán)境質(zhì)量,綜合評(píng)價(jià),環(huán)境預(yù)警,灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析

簡(jiǎn)介:摘要人居環(huán)境作為自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的綜合系統(tǒng),是人類生存、生產(chǎn)和進(jìn)行各種社會(huì)活動(dòng)的主要場(chǎng)所。鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境作為人居環(huán)境的組成部分,對(duì)于整個(gè)區(qū)域環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有非常重要的作劇。伴隨著城鄉(xiāng)差距曰益拉人,“城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌”和“社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)”重大戰(zhàn)略決策的實(shí)施,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。寧夏移民T程實(shí)施以來,已建立多處不同規(guī)模、不同類型的移民鄉(xiāng)村,取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益以及生態(tài)效益。寧夏紅寺堡生態(tài)移民區(qū)作為全國(guó)最人的生態(tài)移民安置區(qū),地處寧夏中部干旱帶的生態(tài)脆弱區(qū),以本區(qū)為研究樣區(qū)對(duì)寧夏移民鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化,對(duì)于寧夏移民鄉(xiāng)村的建設(shè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過對(duì)寧夏紅寺堡移民鄉(xiāng)村的實(shí)地調(diào)查,明確目前紅寺堡移民鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境建沒現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并且參照村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃和農(nóng)村小康社會(huì)建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)紅寺堡移氏鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境的客觀建設(shè)水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析總結(jié)紅寺堡移民鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量與農(nóng)村小康社會(huì)建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間存在的差距,明確其客觀建設(shè)水平。此外,通過問卷及訪談的形式調(diào)查了紅寺堡移民對(duì)現(xiàn)有人居環(huán)境的滿意度程度,將滿意度分為非常滿意、滿意、一般、不滿意、非常不滿意五個(gè)等級(jí)。在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)紅寺堡移民鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境各大系統(tǒng)的滿意度進(jìn)行主觀測(cè)評(píng)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明1紅寺堡移民鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境的客觀建設(shè)水平總體上與農(nóng)村小康社會(huì)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)值相比較還存在一定的差距居住條件、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施四人系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的少數(shù)指標(biāo)的現(xiàn)狀值低于目標(biāo)值,有待于進(jìn)一步完善;生態(tài)環(huán)境和鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明兩大系統(tǒng)的客觀建設(shè)水平遠(yuǎn)低于農(nóng)村小康社會(huì)建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,需加大建設(shè)力度。2紅寺堡移民區(qū)居民對(duì)現(xiàn)有生活環(huán)境的滿意度總體評(píng)價(jià)為一般,對(duì)各大系統(tǒng)的滿意度與其客觀建設(shè)水平呈正相關(guān)。移民對(duì)目前的居住條件非常滿意,對(duì)本村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施雨I公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)以及鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明三方面的評(píng)價(jià)為一般,對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境表示非常不滿意。因此,寧夏移民鄉(xiāng)村的建設(shè)優(yōu)化應(yīng)結(jié)合移民鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景,從移民不滿意的環(huán)節(jié)入手,綜合考慮區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上制定相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施,促進(jìn)寧夏移民鄉(xiāng)村的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化,鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境,移民,紅寺堡區(qū),寧夏

簡(jiǎn)介:論文題目西鄉(xiāng)縣地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與分區(qū)研究專業(yè)環(huán)境工程碩士生陳建平(簽名)指導(dǎo)老師楊梅忠教授(簽名)摘要隨著人類社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題不斷地演變和升級(jí),城市的生存和發(fā)展受到了威脅和遏制,通過對(duì)區(qū)域地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),掌握地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況,為合理地開發(fā)利用地質(zhì)環(huán)境提供依據(jù)。本文綜合分析了西鄉(xiāng)縣的地質(zhì)環(huán)境背景條件及地質(zhì)災(zāi)害發(fā)育現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合西鄉(xiāng)縣地質(zhì)環(huán)境問題的特點(diǎn),采用兩兩比較方法選取了地形坡度、地貌類型、巖土體工程類型、特殊性土層厚度、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、地下水位、年平均降雨量、植被發(fā)育情況、人類工程活動(dòng)、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害規(guī)模、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害發(fā)育密度11個(gè)指標(biāo)作為評(píng)價(jià)因子,建立了西鄉(xiāng)縣地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。分別采用模糊綜合評(píng)判和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩種方法對(duì)研究區(qū)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。①模糊綜合評(píng)判將評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,運(yùn)用專家層次分析法確定個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)因子的權(quán)重,采用模糊綜合評(píng)判方法對(duì)各個(gè)單元進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),建立各評(píng)價(jià)因子的空間數(shù)據(jù)圖層,運(yùn)用ARCGIS空間分析對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分區(qū);②BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法將評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,建立神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,選定訓(xùn)練樣本對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,將劃分后的各評(píng)價(jià)單元的數(shù)據(jù)輸入到訓(xùn)練好的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),可以得出西鄉(xiāng)縣地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,運(yùn)用ARCGIS空間分析對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分區(qū)。將評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果劃分為好、較好、較差、差四個(gè)地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量等級(jí)區(qū),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出了合理的防治措施和建議。將評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與實(shí)際調(diào)查結(jié)果對(duì)比可知,兩種方法的地質(zhì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)分區(qū)結(jié)果與實(shí)際調(diào)查結(jié)果基本一致,表明該評(píng)價(jià)模型合理、可行,具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)用性。關(guān)鍵詞西鄉(xiāng)縣;地質(zhì)環(huán)境;質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià);模糊綜合評(píng)判;BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò);專家層次分析法;分區(qū)研究論文類型應(yīng)用型THEGEOENVIRONMENTQUALITYISCLASSIFIEDINTOFOURCLASSESBEST,GOOD,MODERATE,ANDWORSTACCORDINGTOTHEEVALUATIONRESULTS,WECANPUTFORWARDTHEREASONABLEPREVENTIONANDCONTROLMEASURESTOPROTECTGEOENVIRONMENTALTHROUGHTHECOMPARISONWITHPRACTICALCONDITIONS,THEGEOLOGICALENVIRONMENTQUALITYEVALUATIONDIVISIONRESULTSOFTWOMETHODSAREINACCORDANCEWITHTHEPRACTICALSURVEYRESULTS,WHICHSHOWTHATTHEEVALUATIONMODELISREASONABLEANDPRACTICABLE,ANDHAVESTRONGPRACTICABILITYKEYWORDKEYWORDKEYWORDKEYWORDXIXIANG,GEOLOGICALENVIRONMENT,QUALITYEVALUATION,FUZZYCOMPREHENSIVEEVALUATION,BPNEURALNETWORK,THEEXPERTSANALYTICHIERARCHYPROCESS,DIVISIONRESEARCHTHESISTHESISTHESISTHESISTTTTYPEYPEYPEYPEAPPLICATION
