簡(jiǎn)介:浙江大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文酰胺類除草劑的生物化學(xué)行為以及手性選擇性行為研究姓名劉惠君申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)環(huán)境科學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師劉維屏20050508⑧浙江大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文甲草胺,而S對(duì)映體對(duì)大型蚤的慢性毒性作用小于RAC異丙甲草胺。大型蚤的生存期和胎數(shù)等參數(shù)的結(jié)果表明RAC一異丙甲草胺對(duì)大型蚤的慢性毒性是其S型的10倍;從產(chǎn)幼蚤數(shù)這個(gè)參數(shù)來看,RAC異丙甲草胺對(duì)大型蚤的毒性相當(dāng)于S型毒性的100倍S型的NOEC為O1MG/L,RAG一的NOEC為0001MG/L。低濃度的S異丙甲草胺比RAC異丙甲草胺對(duì)環(huán)境生物大型蚤的毒性要低。環(huán)境因素腐殖酸、蒙脫石、PH和硬度影響了S異丙甲草胺對(duì)大型蚤的毒性。從水稻中提取的細(xì)胞色素P450與供試除草劑作用的VMAX為丁草胺丙草胺異丙甲草胺S異丙甲草胺,對(duì)丁草胺的降解速率遠(yuǎn)大于對(duì)異丙甲草胺的降解速率,對(duì)異丙甲草胺的降解速率大于對(duì)S對(duì)映體的降解速率。除草劑濃度的增加,其降解速率下降,半衰期延長(zhǎng)。水稻體內(nèi)細(xì)胞色素P450對(duì)除草劑的代謝作用是水稻對(duì)供試酰胺類除草劑產(chǎn)生選擇性的一個(gè)重要原因。植物細(xì)胞色素P450對(duì)異丙甲草胺的代謝作用的差異可能是導(dǎo)致RAC異丙甲草胺和S異丙甲草胺對(duì)水稻等敏感植物的藥效差異的一個(gè)原因。關(guān)鍵詞酰胺類除草劑手性選擇性土壤酶活性土壤微生物量;相互作用機(jī)理;大型蚤毒性試驗(yàn);植物細(xì)胞色素P450;II
