簡介:揚(yáng)州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文美洲斑潛蠅的種群分化研究姓名陸亞娟申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)昆蟲與害蟲防治指導(dǎo)教師杜予州20030501陸亞娟美洲斑潛蠅的種群分化研究距離分別為939~100%年U00000036海南儋縣的美洲斑潛蠅種群為第三類。在此三大類地理種群中,海南儋縣美洲斑潛蠅種群與江蘇揚(yáng)州和浙江杭州的美洲斑潛蠅種群的遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為674OOV瘌00000391,與廣東F31,F(xiàn)、廣西南寧和貴州銅仁的美洲斑潛蠅種群遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為202~523%和0478一1233;由此可見,該地區(qū)的種群與江蘇揚(yáng)州和浙江杭州的種群親緣關(guān)系近于與其它地理種群之間的親緣關(guān)系。3、通過相同軟件對不同寄主和不同地區(qū)美洲斑潛蠅的13TUBULIN基因序列進(jìn)行比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),該基因序列變異不明顯,親緣關(guān)系均大于98%。在寄主種群中,寄主為豆科豇豆、茄科番茄、葫蘆科黃瓜和十字花科青菜的美洲斑潛蠅種群之間的遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為99995%和O0050011,寄主為錦葵科棉花的美洲斑潛蠅種群與其它寄主種群之間的遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為984990%和0011~0016;在地理種群中。海南儋縣的美洲斑潛蠅種群與江蘇揚(yáng)州和浙江杭州的美洲斑潛蠅種群的遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為99099,5%和O005,它與廣東廣州、貴州銅仁和廣西南寧的美洲斑潛蠅種群的遺傳相似性和遺傳距離分別為98499O%和00110016。從以上13TUBULIN基因序列的分析結(jié)果可以看出,與RDNAITS序列相比,該基因的保守性較好,不適合于美洲斑潛蠅種下分化的研究。關(guān)鍵詞美洲斑潛蠅種下分化RDNAITUBULIN基因序列分析分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)
