簡介:浙江大學博士學位論文酰胺類除草劑的生物化學行為以及手性選擇性行為研究姓名劉惠君申請學位級別博士專業(yè)環(huán)境科學指導教師劉維屏20050508⑧浙江大學博士學位論文甲草胺,而S對映體對大型蚤的慢性毒性作用小于RAC異丙甲草胺。大型蚤的生存期和胎數等參數的結果表明RAC一異丙甲草胺對大型蚤的慢性毒性是其S型的10倍;從產幼蚤數這個參數來看,RAC異丙甲草胺對大型蚤的毒性相當于S型毒性的100倍S型的NOEC為O1MG/L,RAG一的NOEC為0001MG/L。低濃度的S異丙甲草胺比RAC異丙甲草胺對環(huán)境生物大型蚤的毒性要低。環(huán)境因素腐殖酸、蒙脫石、PH和硬度影響了S異丙甲草胺對大型蚤的毒性。從水稻中提取的細胞色素P450與供試除草劑作用的VMAX為丁草胺丙草胺異丙甲草胺S異丙甲草胺,對丁草胺的降解速率遠大于對異丙甲草胺的降解速率,對異丙甲草胺的降解速率大于對S對映體的降解速率。除草劑濃度的增加,其降解速率下降,半衰期延長。水稻體內細胞色素P450對除草劑的代謝作用是水稻對供試酰胺類除草劑產生選擇性的一個重要原因。植物細胞色素P450對異丙甲草胺的代謝作用的差異可能是導致RAC異丙甲草胺和S異丙甲草胺對水稻等敏感植物的藥效差異的一個原因。關鍵詞酰胺類除草劑手性選擇性土壤酶活性土壤微生物量;相互作用機理;大型蚤毒性試驗;植物細胞色素P450;II

簡介:分類號密級太原理工大學碩士學位論文題目農林生物質燃燒排放的大氣顆粒物化學組分研究英文并列題目研究生姓名劉海利學號2013520438專業(yè)環(huán)境工程研究方向大氣污染與防治導師姓名彭林職稱教授學位授予單位太原理工大學論文提交日期2016/06地址山西太原太原理工大學STUDYONCHEMICALCOMPONENTSOFATMOSPHERICPARTICULATESFROMEMISSIONOFAGRICULTURALANDFORESTRYBIOMASSBURNING太原理工大學碩士研究生學位論文I農林生物質燃燒排放的大氣顆粒物化學組分研究摘要隨著環(huán)境保護工作的不斷深入,生物質燃燒帶來的空氣顆粒物污染問題越來越引起社會的關注??諝忸w粒物污染最主要的來源有煤煙塵、土壤塵、機動車尾氣塵、二次顆粒物塵、生物質燃燒塵等,為了更好的解析空氣顆粒物的來源,必須精準研究各種塵的化學組分,故該研究主要以農林生物質燃燒塵為研究對象,研究了其化學組成特點。以呂梁和晉城的小米稈、豆稈、玉米稈、麥稈、樹葉和草葉6種典型農林生物質為研究對象,進行燃燒實驗,用武漢天虹TH150C型中流量大氣綜合采樣儀對排放的煙塵進行采集,采用德國生產的ELEMENTARANALYSENSYSTEMEGMBHVARIOELCUBE型元素分析儀直接測定樣品中的總碳(TOTALCARBON,TC)和有機碳(ORGANICCARBON,OC)的質量濃度;采用青島盛瀚CIC200型離子色譜儀分析樣品中的K、NA、CA2、MG2、NH4、F、CL、SO42和NO3等9種水溶性無機離子;采用美國熱電公司IRISINTREPIDIIXSP型等離子體發(fā)射光譜儀對麥稈、豆稈和玉米稈燃燒塵樣品中的K、NA、MG、CA、AL、CD、TI、V、CR、NI、CU、ZN、FE、MN、AS、PB、CO等17種無機元素進行測定;與空氣顆粒物的其它源的化學組分進行了比較;分析農林生物質燃燒塵中離子之間的相關性。研究結果表明(1)6種農林生物質燃燒塵中,TC在顆粒物中所占比例介62377346之間,碳組分是生物質燃燒塵的重要組成部分。其中尤其以樹葉燃燒塵中碳組分的百分含量最大,占7346;其次是草葉燃燒塵,占6820;而小
