簡介:分類號UDC密級學校代號學號廣東工業(yè)大學博士學位論文工學博士118451240601011面向航空發(fā)動機葉片頂端修復的曲面再生算法與誤差分析吳海東指導教師姓名、職稱直毽學科專業(yè)或領域名稱扭撼電王工猩學生所屬學院扭電王猩堂醫(yī)論文答辯日期2盟墨12璺摘要摘要在航空發(fā)動機中,葉片是壓縮機和渦輪機的核心組件,苛刻運行環(huán)境造成葉片嚴重磨損、扭曲、裂紋、凹坑等缺陷。由于葉片形狀的微小改變會直接導致航空發(fā)動機的穩(wěn)定運行,缺陷葉片的精密修復就成為航空發(fā)動機保障其高性能的關鍵因素。目前葉片修復工作主要集中在頂端磨損、崩口、葉面磨損等缺陷,其中葉片頂端磨損尤其是扭曲葉片的頂端磨損是急需解決的關鍵。本論文針對扭曲葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復問題,開展精密修復過程中所需的葉片曲面模型重構(gòu)研究,提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片非磨損域曲面重構(gòu)和基于G2曲面連續(xù)的葉片頂端曲面再生等方法,為葉片修復過程中的精密加工路徑的生成提供相應的曲面模型,解決各自葉片形體精密修復的參考模型構(gòu)建難題,有利于促進資源的再利用和經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括如下幾個方面1較為全面地調(diào)研了航空發(fā)動機葉片修復的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和存在的難題。航空發(fā)動機葉片修復以葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復居多,國外對于此類缺陷的直葉片修復己較為成熟,但對于扭曲葉片頂端磨損域的精密修復問題仍然未有很好的解決途徑。由于葉片的制造誤差和使用過程中易發(fā)生變形等原因,使葉片原設計階段的曲面模型不再適用于修復階段,精密重建和再生修復葉片的磨損域曲面模型,成為扭曲葉片修復加工成型的重要環(huán)節(jié)。2針對葉片頂端磨損域邊界附近的未磨損域曲面模型重構(gòu)問題,提出基于迭代的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法首先對截面測量數(shù)據(jù)進行對正處理,推導出閉合B樣條曲線G2連續(xù)的表達式,以此構(gòu)建迭代插值法計算其控制點,擬合出葉片截面輪廓線,并由此構(gòu)建出基于B樣條曲面的葉片未磨損域的曲面模型。重構(gòu)曲面的擬合平均誤差約為00325MM。為進一步提高曲面重構(gòu)精度,本文提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法運用遺傳算法進行數(shù)據(jù)點參數(shù)化和節(jié)點矢量的配置,用最D乘逼近法計算其控制點,無需對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行精簡或施加人為約束,擬合的平均誤差僅為000345LMM,擬合精度顯著提高。

簡介:洳滬土博士學位論文論文題目⑧鈦合金航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件銑削加7變形的預測理論及方法研究作者姓名楊勇指導教師柯映林教授學科專業(yè)機械制造及其自動化所在學院機械與能源工程學院提交日期二零零七年四月浙江大學博士學位論文采用接力計算方法模擬了鈦合金航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件銑削加工過程并對加工變形進行了預測。通過模擬分析毛坯初始殘余應力、切削載荷及其耦合因素對航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件加工變形的影響規(guī)律,指出切削載荷是影響鈦合金整體結(jié)構(gòu)件加工變形的主要因素。最后,通過與航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件銑削加工實驗變形結(jié)果相比較,對本論文研究結(jié)論進行了驗證,從而說明本論文研究的思路、方法是可行的,研究結(jié)果也是可靠的。關鍵詞航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件;鈦合金;加工變形;有限元模擬;材料本構(gòu)模型;熱力耦合;銑削加工;三維切削;切削力;切削溫度;退火;殘余應力;接力計算;加工變形預測;變形規(guī)律本論文研究得到了國家自然科學基金重點項目的資助
