簡介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文晚清新式軍事教育述論姓名王金連申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)中國近現(xiàn)代史指導(dǎo)教師李宏生2001426一一一甲午戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束,1904,練兵處頒布全國統(tǒng)一的陸軍學(xué)制,十年間,新式軍事教育已具備相當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模,教育體制也由醞釀層面變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。新式軍事教育逐漸形成了以普通軍校正課學(xué)堂為主,軍事技術(shù)學(xué)校為輔以初級軍事教育為主,出洋軍事留學(xué)為輔正規(guī)軍事教育與速成軍事教育相結(jié)合的格局,近代新式軍事教育體制基本建立。到辛亥革命爆發(fā)前,晚清軍事教育終于與西方軍事教育接軌,從沿海城市到內(nèi)陸邊遠(yuǎn)地區(qū),從中央到地方逐步建立起一整套新式的學(xué)制體系和教育行政管理體系。新式軍事教育日趨規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化、普及化。四、特點與評價T于中國獨特的社會文化狀況和近代中國特殊的國際環(huán)境,晚清的軍事教育和西方國家相比,有幾個顯著不同的特點晚清軍事教育受西力沖擊而起,又因西力沖擊的加劇而向縱深發(fā)展其發(fā)展方向是由高等往低等,由普通而專業(yè)等等。晚清新式軍事教育不僅推動了近代中國軍事和教育的發(fā)展,而且對社會文化心理和社會政治都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。晚清新式軍事教育所取得的成果并不能掩飾它所存在的問題。科學(xué)技術(shù)的缺乏,經(jīng)濟(jì)實力的不濟(jì)以及外部社會環(huán)境的動蕩,均構(gòu)成對晚清軍事教育發(fā)展的限制性因素,并決定了晚清軍事教育存在著結(jié)構(gòu)性缺陷。Y關(guān)鍵詞晚清新式軍事教育、‘‘、

簡介:摘要論文題目學(xué)科名稱研究生指導(dǎo)教師指揮類軍事院校教員人文素質(zhì)探析馬克思主義中國化丁思文劉建林教授LMLILLLLLLLMIY2128212在大力提倡素質(zhì)教育的今天,學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)教育成為時代的熱點論題,要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的人文素質(zhì),教師自身的人文素質(zhì)是一個關(guān)鍵因素。沒有深厚人文素質(zhì)的教師哪能培養(yǎng)出素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的學(xué)生軍隊院校作為我國國民教育體系的一部分,其人文素質(zhì)教育相較于地方高校已經(jīng)相對滯后,并且一直以來軍校都以政治思想和軍事技能的培訓(xùn)為主,人文環(huán)境一直薄弱,管理制度相對落后,適應(yīng)教育需要的高素質(zhì)教員隊伍普遍短缺,而教員的人文素質(zhì)更是亟待加強。然而,目前軍內(nèi)外對軍隊院校教員人文素質(zhì)的關(guān)注度卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。本文主要運用文獻(xiàn)法,在大量查閱已有的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以問卷調(diào)查法對幾所指揮類院校的教員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,分析現(xiàn)存的教員人文素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上探討提高教員人文素質(zhì)的有效措施。全文共分四個部分,第一部分緒論,介紹了本文的選題、研究思路、研究方法以及相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀。第二部分闡述了本論文所依靠的六個理論依據(jù)。第三部分通過對指揮類軍隊院校教員人文素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出教員人文素質(zhì)方面存在的問題,并對存在的問題進(jìn)行深入的原因剖析。第四部分就如何提高指揮類軍校教員人文素質(zhì)給予幾點對策。關(guān)鍵詞指揮類軍隊院校;教員;人文素質(zhì)
