簡介:航空發(fā)動機(jī)尾噴管壁承受來自高溫燃?xì)獾臒嶝?fù)荷,是發(fā)動機(jī)的高溫部件之一,在巡航狀態(tài)下其紅外輻射強(qiáng)度最高。鑒于磁控等離子體具有降低壁面摩擦阻力和對流傳熱的能力,本文提出運(yùn)用磁控等離子體隔離高溫氣體與噴管壁面,從而減少高溫氣體向壁面的傳熱量,降低噴管壁面溫度,達(dá)到減少紅外輻射強(qiáng)度的目的。另外噴出的等離子體會繼續(xù)包裹尾噴流,起到吸收和散射電磁波的作用。本文對噴管內(nèi)高溫氣體和磁控等離子體的流動和傳熱過程以及等離子體包裹尾噴流的流動特性進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。論文采用誘導(dǎo)磁場方程求解誘導(dǎo)磁場,由安培定律求得誘導(dǎo)電流,從而得到洛侖茲體積力。將反應(yīng)電磁作用的修正項(xiàng)添加到湍流方程中得到修正的湍流兩方程模型,模擬磁場對湍流的影響。運(yùn)用MIXTURE模型處理高溫氣體與等離子體的交界面。運(yùn)用FLUENT程序中的標(biāo)量輸運(yùn)方程求解器求解誘導(dǎo)磁場方程和修正的湍流方程,并很好地模擬出經(jīng)典的哈特曼磁流體流動,從而驗(yàn)證了該程序的可靠性。利用該程序研究了哈特曼數(shù)對等截面噴管內(nèi)等離子體和高溫氣體的速度、溫度、體積分?jǐn)?shù)、湍流強(qiáng)度及壁面溫度的影響。結(jié)果表明磁場能降低高溫氣體對等離子體的摻混,抑制等離子體的湍流,減少高溫氣體向壁面的傳熱量,達(dá)到降低壁面溫度的目的。隨著哈特曼數(shù)增加,壁面摩擦系數(shù)越小,無量綱速度分布偏離對數(shù)律分布的程度越大,噴管壁面溫度上升的幅度也越小。當(dāng)哈特曼數(shù)增加到30時,流動的各向異性變得明顯。在平行磁場平面內(nèi),努塞爾數(shù)先隨著磁場的增強(qiáng)略有增加,在強(qiáng)磁場作用下又迅速減??;在垂直磁場的平面內(nèi),努塞爾數(shù)隨磁場增強(qiáng)逐步減小。磁場越強(qiáng),從噴管中噴出的包裹尾噴流的等離子體的體積分?jǐn)?shù)越大,且對應(yīng)的尾噴流的核心區(qū)長度越小。相對無磁場作用時,哈特曼數(shù)為50時,壁面溫度減小了202%,射流核心區(qū)長度縮短211%。研究了磁控等離子體對軸對稱收縮噴管流動和傳熱的影響。隨著氣流在收縮噴管內(nèi)加速,等離子體被摻混的程度增加,而增強(qiáng)磁場可以提高近壁面處的等離子體體積分?jǐn)?shù),有效地隔離高溫氣體和收縮噴管壁面。磁控等離子體減小了壁面摩擦損失,提高了噴管的推力系數(shù)。應(yīng)用13T強(qiáng)度磁場時,噴管的推力系數(shù)提高了074%。將等離子體流量從00188KGS提高到00265KGS后,包裹射流的等離子體體積分?jǐn)?shù)提高了24%。
