簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)UDC碩士學(xué)位論文密級(jí)我國(guó)國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系研究THERESEARCHABOUTMILITARYQUALITYTRAININGMECHANISM一LL’’■●’●O0重NATIONALDETENSESTUDENTS0ICNLNA作者姓名陳永庚學(xué)科專業(yè)公共管理行政管理學(xué)院系、所公共管理學(xué)院指導(dǎo)教師劉麗杭論文答辯日期答辯委員會(huì)主席蜇叁J蘭中南大學(xué)2012年11月碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系研究摘要國(guó)防生培養(yǎng)包括政治素質(zhì)、軍事素質(zhì)和科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)既是依托培養(yǎng)的重要內(nèi)容,也是衡量軍事人才是否合格的重要標(biāo)士J斷。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),從2000年5月國(guó)務(wù)院、中央軍委頒布關(guān)于建立依托普通高等教育培養(yǎng)軍隊(duì)干部制度的決定以來,軍地雙方密切配合,國(guó)防生培養(yǎng)事業(yè)取得了顯著成效,特別是在國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),已經(jīng)初步探索出適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系。但是由于各種因素的制約,我國(guó)國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)工作中仍然存在著一些問題,制約著國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)的提高,成為國(guó)防生培養(yǎng)工作中的障礙。因此,在原有國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行行之有效的改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為國(guó)防生培養(yǎng)工作的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,沿著“現(xiàn)狀問題對(duì)策”的思路,運(yùn)用相關(guān)管理學(xué)、高等教育學(xué)的理論和知識(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系進(jìn)行了深入研究和探討。以國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系的理論為基礎(chǔ),從國(guó)內(nèi)外軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),通過調(diào)查和比較,按國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)成要素條分縷析,從國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系的法律制度、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)協(xié)調(diào)體系、培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容體系、訓(xùn)練方法體系、組織實(shí)施體系和保障體系等方面提出了一系列的改進(jìn)措施。積極探索完善的國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,既能為國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐提供理論指南,又可以為國(guó)防生軍事素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)改革提供直接服務(wù)。關(guān)鍵詞國(guó)防生,軍事素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)體系
