簡介:摘要為了減緩農(nóng)村貧困,國家在改革開放后頒發(fā)了一系列扶貧文件,出臺了一些扶貧政策,伴隨著這一系列扶貧政策的出臺,我國的扶貧方式經(jīng)歷了從救濟(jì)式扶貧向開發(fā)式扶貧的轉(zhuǎn)變,從以區(qū)域瞄準(zhǔn)到直接瞄準(zhǔn)到村到戶的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變。本文在參與式村級扶貧規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,在扶貧資源已經(jīng)到達(dá)貧困鄉(xiāng)〔村的前提下,對參與式扶貧項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用參與式方法所遇到的問題和取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及社區(qū)對扶貧資金的管理過程進(jìn)行研究,得出以下結(jié)論1、農(nóng)戶的在發(fā)展項(xiàng)目中的參與對項(xiàng)目的成功具有重大的意義社區(qū)農(nóng)戶參與項(xiàng)目的決策過程對于提高決策的合理性和科學(xué)性有著重要的作用通過參與,農(nóng)戶的參與能力可以得到提高,如分析能力、表達(dá)能力、運(yùn)用各種參與式工具的能力等,為項(xiàng)目的后續(xù)發(fā)展和后續(xù)管理提供了保障2在發(fā)展項(xiàng)目中,仍存在著一些不確定因素如當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕?、風(fēng)俗和價(jià)值觀等會影響參與式方法的應(yīng)用3、對社區(qū)分權(quán)化管理的程度與社區(qū)內(nèi)部現(xiàn)有權(quán)力的集中程度成反比。在權(quán)利越集中的社區(qū),分權(quán)的程度就越低,農(nóng)戶參與程度越低反之,分權(quán)程度和農(nóng)戶參與程度越高4、社區(qū)中的權(quán)力關(guān)系導(dǎo)致發(fā)展項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)利益分配的差序格局和分配的不公平。關(guān)鍵詞參與,周轉(zhuǎn)金,分權(quán),權(quán)力關(guān)系,社會資本夢659413獨(dú)創(chuàng)性聲明本人聲明所呈交的論文是我個人在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。盡我所知,除了文中特別加以標(biāo)注和致謝的地方外,論文中不包含其他人己經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過的研究成果,也不包含為獲得中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)或其它教育機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)位或證書而使用過的材料。與我一同工作的同志對本研究所做的任何貢獻(xiàn)均己在論文中作了明確的說明并表示了謝意。時(shí)間夕仰傘年6月RT“日廠簽生究研關(guān)于論文使用授權(quán)的說明本人完全了解中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)有關(guān)保留、使用學(xué)位論文的規(guī)定,即學(xué)校有權(quán)保留送交論文的復(fù)印件和磁盤,允許論文被查閱和借閱,可以采用影印、縮印或掃描等復(fù)制手段保存、匯編學(xué)位論文。同意中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)可以用不同方式在不同媒體上發(fā)表、傳播學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容。保密的學(xué)位論文在解密后應(yīng)遵守此協(xié)衡一如時(shí)間時(shí)間應(yīng)‘歹丫年6月,丁日導(dǎo)師簽名劫農(nóng)VJ偌年若月4日

簡介:山西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文小城鎮(zhèn)社會消費(fèi)分層及其消費(fèi)主義傾向之分析以云南省蒙自縣城為樣本的社會學(xué)實(shí)證研究姓名趙瑞玉申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)社會學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師邢媛20070601無疑對于社會穩(wěn)定是有好處的。同時(shí),該地居民的消費(fèi)主義傾向不很明顯,但已初露端倪。用相關(guān)系數(shù)分析法,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),消費(fèi)分層與消費(fèi)主義傾向之間基本是不相關(guān)的,即某居民在消費(fèi)分層結(jié)構(gòu)中的位置與其消費(fèi)主義傾向的強(qiáng)弱之間沒有必然聯(lián)系。因此,我們判斷某居民是否受到消費(fèi)主義的影響,不能由他的消費(fèi)水平作出結(jié)論。最后,我們對所獲研究結(jié)果的原因進(jìn)行了分析。當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、人們的收入水平以及廣告?zhèn)髅皆O(shè)施的完善程度都不同程度地影響著當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦南M(fèi)水平和方式;該縣城居民傳統(tǒng)的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣和觀念也部分地抵消了消費(fèi)主義彌漫的氣勢。關(guān)鍵詞;消費(fèi)分層;消費(fèi)主義傾向商品的符號性;廣告
