簡(jiǎn)介:Y905019J洳;≯、博士學(xué)位論文一個(gè)水稻黃葉突變體的光合、遺傳和農(nóng)學(xué)特性研究THEPHOTOSYNTHETIC,GENE“CAND89ROILOLNICCHARACTERITLCSOFARICEO∽㈣““ⅡLXANTHAMUTANT作者姓名指導(dǎo)教師學(xué)科專業(yè)所在學(xué)院提交日期周祥勝舒厭堯教授生物物理學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與生特技術(shù)學(xué)院中日杭州摘要利用300GY的”CO丫射線輻照處理保持系1132B,獲得了一個(gè)黃葉突變體IIBLL。經(jīng)與1132A回交,育成了一個(gè)全生育期帶黃葉標(biāo)記的不育系黃玉A及其保持系黃玉B。本試驗(yàn)研究了該突變體的光合特性,利用SSR分子標(biāo)記對(duì)突變基因進(jìn)行了初步定位,系統(tǒng)分析了黃玉A的農(nóng)學(xué)特性,并應(yīng)用該黃葉標(biāo)記不育系開展了種子生產(chǎn)和品種純度鑒定方法和有效性的研究。結(jié)果如下1、突變體黃玉AB與野生型1132AB的光合色素含量存在顯著差異。播后20_80D,與1132A、1132B相比,黃玉A、黃玉B的葉綠素CHL含量分別減少463%一532%、433%一478%,類胡蘿B素CAR含量分別減少215%一319%、197%一309%。1132AB的CHL“CHLB和C耐CHL比值分別為41和O20左右,黃玉AB的則分別高達(dá)75和O25左右。以黃玉A、1132A為母本與恢復(fù)系R3027配組生產(chǎn)的2個(gè)FJ代,其劍葉的光合色素含量及比例沒有顯著差異,與野生型植株相近。2、不同時(shí)間段內(nèi)測(cè)定的突變體葉片光合氣體交換速率均高于野生型,黃玉A、黃玉B在1310一1339時(shí)的PN為184“MOLC02M。2S‘、187岬OLC02M’2S~,分別較1132A、1132B增加117%、25O%。不同材料的光響應(yīng)曲線也存在一定差異,突變體較野生型表現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)的光合效率和耐光抑制能力。當(dāng)光合光量子流量PPFD大于500UM01M~S。以上時(shí),與1132A、1132B相比,黃玉A、黃玉B的凈光合速率PN分別增加19%28%、11%一17%,但表觀量子效率AOY分別為0042、0044,與對(duì)照相近。黃玉A瓜3027在PPFD大于500UMOLM。S。以上時(shí)的PN值比1132A,R3027的增加12%19%其AOY為O054,比1132~R3027的增加28%。突變體的PS2最大光化學(xué)量子產(chǎn)量FV/FM、PS2有效光化學(xué)量子產(chǎn)量FV。/FM’、PS2的實(shí)際利用量子產(chǎn)額西PS2、非環(huán)式電子傳遞速率ETR均顯著高于野生型在吸收光能的分配上,突變體的光化學(xué)猝滅QP較高、非光化學(xué)猝滅QN較低。3、通過親本與其它品種的雜交FZ代群體葉色分離比例分析,確定該黃葉突變屬于單基因隱性遺傳,突變基因暫命名為Z,Ⅲ。進(jìn)一步用兩個(gè)F2群體黃玉B1132B和黃玉A泥青粘開展了與水稻SSR分子標(biāo)記的連鎖分析,獲得了一個(gè)

簡(jiǎn)介:古農(nóng)學(xué)本體的半自動(dòng)構(gòu)建及檢索研究摘要近20年來,中國農(nóng)史文獻(xiàn)資料的研究已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的手工整理方式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向衣史信息資源的數(shù)字化整理和建設(shè),并借助于現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)和手段來加強(qiáng)農(nóng)史信息資源的產(chǎn)生組織,存取,傳播和利用,以便用戶更便捷地獲取農(nóng)史研究資料,促進(jìn)農(nóng)史研究的發(fā)展從目前的現(xiàn)狀來看,農(nóng)史學(xué)科已經(jīng)擁有了一批數(shù)字化資源,這無疑促進(jìn)了農(nóng)業(yè)科技遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和傳播然而從利用的角度來看,在農(nóng)史信息資源的組織和存取技術(shù)還有待提高,主要表現(xiàn)在缺乏有力的語義管理工具,檢索技術(shù)相對(duì)陳舊,計(jì)算機(jī)僅把用戶的檢索關(guān)鍵詞當(dāng)作簡(jiǎn)單的字符處理,因此,在農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域建立一種語義描述機(jī)制,使得計(jì)算機(jī)能夠具有語義理解能力,是提高農(nóng)史信息資源服務(wù)效果的有效手段本體0NT0109Y作為一種能夠在語義和知識(shí)層次上描述信息系統(tǒng)的概念建模工具,自被提出以來就引起了國外眾多科研人員的關(guān)注,并在知識(shí)工程、數(shù)字圖書館、軟件復(fù)用、信息檢索和WEB異構(gòu)信息的處理、語義W曲等眾多領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用本文將本體引入到農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域,嘗試構(gòu)建農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域本體作為農(nóng)史信息資源加工、組織和利用中有力的語義工具來解決語義異構(gòu)問題,使得農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域概念能夠有著明確唯一的定義,在人和機(jī)器之間達(dá)成一種共識(shí),促進(jìn)人機(jī)交流本文首先對(duì)農(nóng)史信息資源的組織模式進(jìn)行調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),分析目前農(nóng)史信息資源組織現(xiàn)狀,提出建立本體作為農(nóng)史學(xué)科的語義工具,是提高農(nóng)史信息資源管理和服務(wù)的有效手段,進(jìn)而結(jié)合情報(bào)學(xué)領(lǐng)域在編制分類表和敘詞表的技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),借鑒知識(shí)工程領(lǐng)域在構(gòu)建專家知識(shí)庫中取得的成績(jī)以及機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)和自然語言處理技術(shù)的成果,嘗試半自動(dòng)地構(gòu)建農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域本體,提高本體構(gòu)建的效率最后,以該領(lǐng)域本體為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一個(gè)基于領(lǐng)域本體的語義檢索模型本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面1對(duì)農(nóng)史信息資源組織方式的調(diào)查分析隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,農(nóng)史信息資源的組織方式已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)手工編制的目錄索引,發(fā)展到了文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)站等高級(jí)組織方式本文首先對(duì)目前農(nóng)史信息資源數(shù)字化組織現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與統(tǒng)計(jì),目前的農(nóng)史信息資源組織主要有專題網(wǎng)站、專題數(shù)據(jù)庫和數(shù)字圖書館,數(shù)字博物館三種類型,并對(duì)它們的分布進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以便了解農(nóng)史信息資源建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀另外,采用基于模式匹配的同義詞識(shí)別方法為概念獲取同義詞屬性④古衣學(xué)本體的形式化本體的形式化處理,可以對(duì)概念關(guān)系按照既定的規(guī)則進(jìn)行批處理并自動(dòng)地生成形式化的本體,提高古農(nóng)學(xué)本體生成的效率可在已經(jīng)識(shí)別出各種概念關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上自動(dòng)完成古農(nóng)學(xué)本體的形式化文件的生成4基于古農(nóng)學(xué)本體的語義檢索機(jī)制研究本文設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了一個(gè)基于古農(nóng)學(xué)本體的語義檢索模型來探索基于領(lǐng)域本體的語義檢索實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制該模型的主要由提問詞分析模塊、語義推理模塊、本體瀏覽模塊以及語義查詢模塊組成借助本體對(duì)用戶的檢索關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行語義分析,獲取隱含概念,形成對(duì)檢索需求的規(guī)范化描述,使得用戶和機(jī)器獲得統(tǒng)一的機(jī)器可理解的語義知識(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源的語義檢索本體的構(gòu)建是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及多個(gè)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,因此本文所作的工作還非常有限其一是將本體引入農(nóng)史信息資源管理,其二是探索半自動(dòng)構(gòu)建農(nóng)史領(lǐng)域本體的技術(shù)和方法由于時(shí)問和人力的限制,本文也僅選取了農(nóng)史學(xué)科的一小部分一古農(nóng)學(xué)作為本體構(gòu)建對(duì)象,開發(fā)的原型工具尚處于實(shí)驗(yàn)探索階段,在今后的工作中尚需要進(jìn)一步的擴(kuò)充和深入的研究關(guān)鍵詞中國農(nóng)史;信息組織;本體;古農(nóng)學(xué);半自動(dòng)構(gòu)建;機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí);語義檢索
