簡介:電子商務(wù)的空前發(fā)展極大地改變了企業(yè)運作的方式,這對供應(yīng)鏈中企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間、企業(yè)與客戶之間的交易模式產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。電子商務(wù)技術(shù),尤其是電子商務(wù)信息交換技術(shù)在企業(yè)信息化的過程中具有更加深刻的意義。隨著鐵道部“十一五”重點課題“鐵路貨運電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范”以下簡稱RFBXML的推進,信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實施成了鐵路貨運企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的一項重要內(nèi)容。本文通過對電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范效益評價相關(guān)理論的研究,結(jié)合中國鐵路貨運企業(yè)的實際情況,從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度重點探討了RFBXML效益評價模型的構(gòu)建。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個方面首先,論文借鑒了國外對實施信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ELECTRONICDATAINTERCHANGEEDI的企業(yè)的調(diào)查結(jié)果和研究成果,結(jié)合實際分離出中國鐵路貨運企業(yè)在電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范實施后的評價因素,并找出這些評價因素之間的因果關(guān)系。然后,對所選擇的評價因素進行解釋和定義,應(yīng)用模糊認(rèn)知圖FUZZYCOGNITIVEMAPSFCM對RFBXML效益評價因素進行了仿真建模,建立起初級的模糊認(rèn)知圖CRISPFCM,通過微分HEBBIAN方法對其進行改進,進而得到具有自適應(yīng)能力的效益評價模型。本文構(gòu)建的RFBXML效益評價模型是對建立中國電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范實施效益評價體系方法的初探。本文通過RFBXML效益評價模型的構(gòu)建,結(jié)合實際情況進行分析,嘗試為管理者在項目后期的正確決策提供較為合理的建議。文章最后還通過仿真算例演示,介紹了模型的學(xué)習(xí)方法,同時也向讀者展示了RFBXML效益評價模型廣闊的應(yīng)用空間。

簡介:福建師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究姓名李金鳳申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師蔡秀玲20070801福建師范大學(xué)李金鳳碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在提升地區(qū)經(jīng)濟地位,創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新空間,增強競爭優(yōu)勢等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為福建省的三大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,近年來對福建經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了極大的貢獻。因此,必須加快發(fā)展福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,但從總體上看,福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群仍處于發(fā)展過程中的初級階段,存在不少問題。本文在回顧國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論研究進展之后,對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念作了界定,并深入研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成機理與特征,系統(tǒng)分析了電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、特征及其競爭優(yōu)勢,緊接著分析了福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的闖題,研究了國內(nèi)外電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的先進做法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的特征,提出促進福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的總體構(gòu)想積極推進形成專業(yè)化分工、社會化協(xié)作的生產(chǎn)體系構(gòu)建區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),努力培養(yǎng)集群根植的力量;以龍頭企業(yè)為核心,完善產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作配套體系,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈推進企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群自主創(chuàng)新的能力同時,對福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中企業(yè)、大學(xué)與科研機構(gòu)、市場服務(wù)體系、政府各自的責(zé)任明確提出了相應(yīng)的建議,以充分發(fā)揮他們在發(fā)展福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中的作用,促進福建電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的健康發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞福建,電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,對策
