簡(jiǎn)介:電子商務(wù)的空前發(fā)展極大地改變了企業(yè)運(yùn)作的方式,這對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈中企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間、企業(yè)與客戶之間的交易模式產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。電子商務(wù)技術(shù),尤其是電子商務(wù)信息交換技術(shù)在企業(yè)信息化的過(guò)程中具有更加深刻的意義。隨著鐵道部“十一五”重點(diǎn)課題“鐵路貨運(yùn)電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范”以下簡(jiǎn)稱RFBXML的推進(jìn),信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施成了鐵路貨運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。本文通過(guò)對(duì)電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范效益評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)理論的研究,結(jié)合中國(guó)鐵路貨運(yùn)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度重點(diǎn)探討了RFBXML效益評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面首先,論文借鑒了國(guó)外對(duì)實(shí)施信息技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ELECTRONICDATAINTERCHANGEEDI的企業(yè)的調(diào)查結(jié)果和研究成果,結(jié)合實(shí)際分離出中國(guó)鐵路貨運(yùn)企業(yè)在電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范實(shí)施后的評(píng)價(jià)因素,并找出這些評(píng)價(jià)因素之間的因果關(guān)系。然后,對(duì)所選擇的評(píng)價(jià)因素進(jìn)行解釋和定義,應(yīng)用模糊認(rèn)知圖FUZZYCOGNITIVEMAPSFCM對(duì)RFBXML效益評(píng)價(jià)因素進(jìn)行了仿真建模,建立起初級(jí)的模糊認(rèn)知圖CRISPFCM,通過(guò)微分HEBBIAN方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行改進(jìn),進(jìn)而得到具有自適應(yīng)能力的效益評(píng)價(jià)模型。本文構(gòu)建的RFBXML效益評(píng)價(jià)模型是對(duì)建立中國(guó)電子商務(wù)信息規(guī)范實(shí)施效益評(píng)價(jià)體系方法的初探。本文通過(guò)RFBXML效益評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析,嘗試為管理者在項(xiàng)目后期的正確決策提供較為合理的建議。文章最后還通過(guò)仿真算例演示,介紹了模型的學(xué)習(xí)方法,同時(shí)也向讀者展示了RFBXML效益評(píng)價(jià)模型廣闊的應(yīng)用空間。
