16、自動(dòng)化和機(jī)械化的最有效手段之一,但其工作介質(zhì)(壓縮空氣)的制造成本高,能量的利用率又相當(dāng)?shù)汀L岣邭鈩?dòng)系統(tǒng)使用的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,已成為當(dāng)前應(yīng)該重視的問(wèn)題。 對(duì)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),減少耗氣量就是節(jié)能。氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能可以從幾個(gè)方面著手: (1)完善氣源系統(tǒng) 要解決氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能問(wèn)題,應(yīng)從完善氣源系統(tǒng)入手,即從壓縮空氣的生產(chǎn)、處理、輸送、分配的整個(gè)氣源系統(tǒng)全盤(pán)考慮,采取綜合措施。結(jié)構(gòu)型式不同的空氣壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)同樣多的壓縮空氣,由于其效率不一

17、,消耗的能量就有差異。速度型的透平式空壓機(jī)的效率低,如把10m3自由空氣壓縮成0.6MPa的壓縮空氣,由排量為1000 m3/h的透平式空壓機(jī)生產(chǎn),耗能1.77kW?h。而生產(chǎn)同樣數(shù)量和壓力的壓縮空氣,如用同樣排量的活塞式空壓機(jī)生產(chǎn),僅耗能0.83kW?h。因此,從節(jié)能角度出發(fā),空壓機(jī)的節(jié)能與空壓機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)型式有關(guān)。在選擇空壓機(jī)時(shí),采用具有完善級(jí)間冷卻的多極壓縮機(jī)可節(jié)省能量、提高效率。例如二級(jí)壓縮比單級(jí)壓縮節(jié)能15%以上,三級(jí)壓縮比二級(jí)
