34、障緊急提示、娛樂等功能,使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)新穎實(shí)用、先聲奪人、出奇制勝。</p><p>  不同的產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)和市場需求,在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)必須正確選用不同的語音芯片或組件,以達(dá)到最佳的性價(jià)比。工程師可以從以下幾個(gè)方面考慮選用哪種類型的語音芯片。</p><p>  一、語音內(nèi)容錄制到語音芯片后,內(nèi)容是否要經(jīng)常修改:</p><p>  如果語音內(nèi)容經(jīng)常要修改,例如電子留言機(jī)、錄音

37、報(bào)警器、出租車計(jì)價(jià)器等產(chǎn)品上獲得廣泛的應(yīng)用。</p><p>  如果定單數(shù)量很大(2萬片以上),要求價(jià)格很低的應(yīng)用,如各種電子玩具、電子念佛機(jī)等產(chǎn)品,則應(yīng)采用掩膜型(MASK)語音電路。目前有3秒-360秒多種規(guī)格供選擇,可分成多段。MASK芯片定貨時(shí)有一個(gè)起訂量和滿單量,如果首次投單量達(dá)不到廠家規(guī)定的滿單數(shù)量,通常還需支付1500-3000美金的光罩費(fèi)(一般廠家都承諾在一年內(nèi)投滿規(guī)定數(shù)量則退還光罩費(fèi))。生產(chǎn)周

38、期較長,通常需要35-45天。投單以后,就無法更改,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大。</p><p>  三、看語音錄制的長度:</p><p>  從上面介紹可以看到,ISD/APR單片語音錄放芯片的最長錄音時(shí)間是16分鐘(4KHZ采樣率)。在這個(gè)錄音時(shí)間內(nèi),采用ISD/APR芯片有較好的性價(jià)比。奔流公司新推出的BMP5008多段錄放板,采用全新32K采樣電路設(shè)計(jì),音質(zhì)好,可做4-8分鐘多段錄放,且價(jià)格低,不
