20、;</p><p>  (1)提前對(duì)備用楔型吊掛裝置進(jìn)行探傷,對(duì)新鋼絲繩進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),符合《煤礦安全規(guī)程》第402條的相關(guān)規(guī)定后,測(cè)量尺寸,截成四段分別纏在四只繩滾子上,按捻向要求放于井架的北側(cè),并固定好。</p><p>  (2)在井架北鉤橫梁合適位置固定四個(gè)導(dǎo)向輪,以便鋼絲繩能夠順利運(yùn)動(dòng)。</p><p>  (3)調(diào)整自動(dòng)平整油缸杠桿的伸出量,首先使南鉤自動(dòng)平衡

22、gt;  2、 施工步驟</b></p><p>  (1)自上而下清掃平臺(tái)、井架及井筒,拆除滾筒護(hù)板。井口以上用舊繩帶新繩,具體方法為:① 將南罐停在罐頂與井口平的位置;②在井口北罐側(cè)搭工作平臺(tái),將新鋼絲繩穿過井塔北墻窗及四個(gè)導(dǎo)向輪,并與北罐四根舊繩分別用長(zhǎng)3m的小棕繩捆綁在一起,新繩頭處連續(xù)捆綁三道(新繩在舊繩西側(cè))。具體捆綁方法是:先用3m長(zhǎng)麻繩的其中1m密集纏繞新繩,再用剩余的麻繩在原來纏繞

23、新繩的位置將新、舊繩捆綁在一起,綁完后用水將麻繩浸透(捆綁前小棕繩稍濕)。③下放南罐同時(shí)放新繩,用與上述同樣的方法自第一道棕繩起每間隔10m將新繩與舊繩捆綁牢固,當(dāng)新鋼絲繩繩頭到達(dá)南罐側(cè),并與井口以上第一道鋼梁平齊時(shí)停車,拆除井口北罐工作平臺(tái)。④在井塔四層平臺(tái)上,用專用板卡在北罐側(cè)將四根繩卡牢,以防止新繩回竄,然后,割掉所有捆綁的麻繩,使新繩與舊繩分開。⑤在井塔五層,將南罐側(cè)新繩用吊繩板卡卡牢,用行車將四根新繩吊起適當(dāng)高度,以主滾筒不能

25、><p>  (3)井筒帶新鋼絲繩。①拆除五層吊繩的長(zhǎng)板卡子及四層防回竄板卡,并將四根新繩分別放在與其對(duì)應(yīng)的舊鋼絲繩槽西側(cè)合適位置。在井塔三層平臺(tái)上,將南罐側(cè)新、舊鋼絲繩用一付長(zhǎng)板卡子卡牢,然后在長(zhǎng)板卡子的上下各卡4付小板卡。②提升機(jī)用低頻速度下放南罐,同時(shí),四個(gè)繩滾子以相應(yīng)的速度放繩;此時(shí),在井塔三層平臺(tái)南罐側(cè),自第一付長(zhǎng)板卡子起每隔6m捆綁一道麻繩(方法同上述)并及時(shí)澆水浸透,每隔50m分別卡四付小板卡子。③ 當(dāng)

26、北罐接近井口二層平臺(tái)時(shí)停車,帶繩結(jié)束。</p><p>  (4)更換南鉤罐籠四個(gè)楔型吊掛裝置。①首先在井塔四層,南鉤鋼絲繩東西方向并排放兩根20號(hào)工字鋼,在其上面放四個(gè)卡繩器,將南鉤四根舊繩卡牢。②用兩只20t葫蘆配合采煤機(jī)錨鏈將北鉤罐籠吊住;③用兩只10t葫蘆,將南罐吊起適當(dāng)?shù)母叨龋雀鼡Q東側(cè)兩只吊掛裝置,具體方法是:用12.5mm鋼繩套子及It葫蘆將液壓自動(dòng)平衡裝置伸縮體吊住,依次拆除東側(cè)兩只原楔型吊型掛裝

27、置。然后,首先安裝東起第二只新楔型吊掛裝置,再安裝東起第一只新楔型吊掛置。④更換西側(cè)兩只楔型吊掛裝置,更換完畢,用麻繩將新、舊鋼絲繩吊掛裝置對(duì)應(yīng)牢固地捆綁在一起。</p><p>  (5)在二層平臺(tái)上截新鋼絲繩,并將新鋼絲繩與備用楔形吊掛裝置連接好。</p><p>  (6)更換北鉤罐籠四個(gè)楔型吊掛裝置。①先將二層上的打壓泵與北罐液壓自動(dòng)平衡油缸連通管連好后,打開總截門少許,將油缸內(nèi)的

28、油全部放入打壓泵內(nèi),再將北鉤液壓自動(dòng)平衡油缸聯(lián)通管拆除,放好。②拉兩只20t葫蘆將北鉤罐籠水平吊起適當(dāng)高度,按照由東至西的順序逐步更換北鉤楔型吊掛裝置,更換完畢,割除舊繩,并拆除工作平臺(tái)。</p><p>  (7)倒繩槽。①在井塔四層用長(zhǎng)板卡子將北鉤側(cè)的四根新繩及四根舊繩卡牢。② 用12.5mm鋼絲繩繩套子及行車,將新、舊鋼絲繩吊起,使新、舊鋼絲繩脫離主導(dǎo)輪,從東側(cè)起,依次將舊繩從主導(dǎo)輪、導(dǎo)向輪繩槽中取出,并
