62、錄系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點,分為電子式和機械式兩種。</p><p>  3.1 Extensometer is a device applied to measurement of sample line deformation while axial force is pressed onto the sample by the testing machine, including measuring, indic

63、ating or recording system. According to structural characteristics, it can be divided into electronic extensometer and mechanical extensometer.</p><p>  注:電子式引伸計,如電阻應(yīng)變式、電感式引伸計,其工作需配備相應(yīng)的放大器、計算機或指示裝置能自動記錄或顯示所測

64、位移示值。故標定電子式引伸計時必須包括與其配套的整個測量系統(tǒng)。機械式引伸計,如百分表式、杠桿式、光學(xué)式引伸計,是由指針或光標直接指示位移示值。</p><p>  Note: The operation of electronic extensometer, such as resistance strain gauge extensometer and inductive extensometer, shoul

67、t;  3.2 Information of the final displacement value of the extensometer system should be obtained while using extensometer for verification.</p><p>  對引伸計的檢定就是將引伸計的讀數(shù)與標定器給定的已知長度的變化量進行比較對引伸計分級并確定引伸計的準確度,以滿足GB

68、/T 228、GB/T 1040、GB/T 7314等拉伸和壓縮試驗方法標準對引伸計的要求,保證材料試驗結(jié)果的正確性。</p><p>  3.3 By comparing the indication of extensometer with the variation quantity of a known length given by the designator, the classification

84、 檢定溫度范圍應(yīng)為23℃±5℃,檢定時的溫度應(yīng)穩(wěn)定,溫度變化不應(yīng)超過2℃,檢</p><p>  定過程不允許有影響引伸計檢定結(jié)果的空氣對流。</p><p>  The range of verification temperature should be 23 ℃ ± 5℃, while the temperature should be stable and th

100、ot be made directly, extensometer can be installed onto the soft metal sample to measure the distance of prints in the sample left by blade or shaft tip of the extensometer.</p><p>  每個標距測量3次,每次測定的引伸計標距相對誤差均

111、t;/p><p>  6 .2 .5 示值誤差的檢定</p><p>  6.2.5 Verification of Indication Error</p><p>  6 .2.5.1 當溫度已經(jīng)穩(wěn)定,檢定前用標定器對引伸計至少預(yù)加對應(yīng)于該引伸計檢定范</p><p>  圍的兩次位移。并檢查其回零正常后,再給引伸計施加一個很小的負位移后

112、返回到零位,并將引伸計重新調(diào)零。</p><p>  6.2.5.1 When the temperature is stable, before the verification at least two corresponding displacement should be added in the range of verification of the extensometer through desi

113、gnator.</p><p>  依據(jù)4.4確定的檢定范圍進行檢定。</p><p>  6.2.5.2 Start the verification according to the range determined in 4.4.</p><p>  檢定要做三組測量,每組測量一般不少于10個測量點(不包括零點)。根據(jù)選定的檢定范圍用標定器對引伸計逐點施加給定

117、;p>  Points should be allocated based on actual usage, taking a relatively uniform distribution.</p><p>  對用于測量規(guī)定非比例延伸強度(或規(guī)定非比例壓縮強度)的引伸計,第一個檢測點位移值,一般不應(yīng)超過實際試驗時規(guī)定非比例延伸量。用于測量彈性模量時,檢定的第一點位移值,一般不應(yīng)超過被測材料彈性直線段終點
