1、立式組合機(jī)床主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)摘要組合機(jī)床是一種專用機(jī)床，它是由系列化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的通用部件和按被加工零件的形狀及加工工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)的專用部件組成。。組合機(jī)床隨著生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展，是由萬能機(jī)床和專用機(jī)床發(fā)展而來的。此次設(shè)計(jì)的目的就是設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)組合鉆床，用于加工拖拉機(jī)側(cè)支架的12個(gè)孔。任務(wù)是機(jī)床立式主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)。這次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容有組合機(jī)床“三圖一卡”，組合機(jī)床的簡(jiǎn)要設(shè)計(jì)，主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)及其液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，選擇出機(jī)床總體及各部件的主要參數(shù)，畫出液壓系統(tǒng)圖。主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)是

2、這次任務(wù)的重點(diǎn)，它是組合機(jī)床的重要部件之一。它是由通用部件，按照被加工零件的加工要求，根據(jù)專用要求設(shè)計(jì)的。合理的安排每一根軸的的位置，選擇合適的各級(jí)傳動(dòng)比，將動(dòng)力和運(yùn)動(dòng)由電機(jī)或動(dòng)力部件傳給各工作主軸使之得到要求的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)零件的加工。其次，合理安排各主軸和傳動(dòng)軸上齒輪所在的排數(shù)；合理布置進(jìn)油口、放油螺栓、分油盤及油管的位置；確定主軸和傳動(dòng)軸的支撐方式和預(yù)緊方法也是非常重要的工作。本文依據(jù)主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)原則完成了對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)型式的選擇及
