10、lyuponexceeding300members.TheGeneralAssemblymeetingshallbecalledaftertherepresentativesareelected.TherepresentativesshallexercisetheirrightsattheGeneralAssemblymeeting.Therepresentativesservefa3yearterm.Thenumbersofrepre
