3、tivating. In this study, the drought resistance of twenty wild Elymus L. germplasm resources from different habitats were investigated. The drought stress was simulated by PEG-6000 in the seed germination period. With t

4、he increasing of PEG concentration, the the relative germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vitality index, shoot and root lengths were decreased. The anti-drought testing in seedling stage adopted t

5、he successive drought way, the indexes of physiology were measured. The results indicated that, the relative electrical conductivity, the content of malondialdehyde, free proline, chlorophyll were used as reliable indexe

7、ghai Province > E20 from Gangcha, Qinghai Province > E14 from Urumqi, Xinjiang > E02 from Wutaishan, Shanxi Province > E10 from Luqumaai, Gansu Province > E07 from Wutaishan, Shanxi Province > E01 from

8、Ximeng, Neimenggu. The germplasms’s sequence of medium drought resistance are E03 from Luqumaai, Gansu Province > E15 from Luqumaai, Gansu Province > E11 from Zhaosuaheyazi, Xinjiang Yil i> E06 from Jibukang, Xi
