1、化學(xué)化工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn) 年產(chǎn) 1000 1000 噸異戊烯醇生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì) 噸異戊烯醇生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 摘要:本課題是年產(chǎn) 1000 噸異戊烯醇的生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)。異戊烯醇是合成香料、農(nóng)藥和醫(yī)藥等產(chǎn)品重要中間體的原料,也是能合成橡膠的重要原料。隨著人們對(duì)異戊烯醇合應(yīng)用范圍在不斷的擴(kuò)大,需求量也大幅度上升。本設(shè)計(jì)采用異丁烯和多聚甲醛為原料,以磷酸氫二鈉為催化劑進(jìn)行 Prins 縮合反應(yīng),合成 3-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇,然后經(jīng)異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)生
