1、摘要 摘要冷沖模是沖壓加工工藝的裝備之一，被廣泛地運用在汽車、飛機、電機、儀表以及在國防工業(yè)中。沖壓工藝具有生產(chǎn)效率高、生產(chǎn)成本低、材料利用率高、能成形復雜零件，適合大批量生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)點，在某些領域已取代機械加工，并正逐步擴大其工藝范圍。因此，沖壓技術(shù)對發(fā)展生產(chǎn)、增強效率、更新產(chǎn)品等方面具有重要的作用。但同時，沖壓技術(shù)的推廣受到投入成本低，模具成本高，不適應中小生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的特點。但是總的說來，隨著我國經(jīng)濟實力的進一步加強，模具行業(yè)，包括冷壓模

2、一定會得到更普及地應用冷沖模的設計包括沖裁模設計、彎曲模設計、拉伸、脹形等模具的設計。冷沖模的設計也用到材料學、機械設計、工程材料、特種加工等方面的知識。因此它是一門綜合性很強的學科。電機碳刷架的加工包括了沖孔、落料、和彎曲的加工。通過對沖孔模、落料模、彎曲模的學習，分析和比較了各加工工藝方案，完成了模具總體的結(jié)構(gòu)分析，進行毛坯尺寸、排樣、工序尺寸、沖壓壓力、壓力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工藝計算。繪制了裝配草圖并進行零部件初步選用設計,

3、然后確定外形尺寸,選擇沖壓設備,繪制總的裝配圖和非標準的零件圖。在沖壓模的設計過程中，還必須考慮到模具的成本，因此在進行選材，結(jié)構(gòu)設計時，必須盡量不去設計形狀復雜的結(jié)構(gòu)，同時采用鑲嵌式代替整體式的結(jié)構(gòu)。針對模具的定位要求高的特點，在零件的設計中必須要有比較高的加工精度要求?？偟囊痪湓?，必須在有高的模具壽命和滿足加工精度要求的基礎 上，盡量降低模具材料的成本，簡化模具的結(jié)構(gòu)，這樣才能有利于這個行業(yè)在我國的發(fā)展。
