7、bindingdomain(MBD)ofCdtlBasedonNMRtitrationexperimentandGSTPull—downassayweidentifiedE757andL766onCBDarethecriticalresiduesfortheinteractionwithCdtlThefundamentalroleofthesetwesiduesinMcm6Cdtiinteractionwasfurtherconfirm
