2、nt public management and performance and it is also the important way to make people more satisfied. However, since lack of right understanding and necessary mechanism and guarantee institution, it is difficult to build

3、the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing. It also influences the policy making of government which uses the information timely, efficiently and reasonably .Therefore; it reduces the quality and

4、level of government information service. This dissertation takes the four aspects into consideration. Firstly, it puts forward to the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing and then define it, for

5、m it and optimize it. At the same time, this dissertation puts forward to the research way, research content and methods, and summarizes the research results and several new ideas. And then it defines the meaning of the

6、market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing properly. Next it also discusses the main characteristics of e-government information resources sharing as the quasi-public goods. And then it takes the econ

7、omy efficiency into consideration. These all lay a solid foundation of putting forward to the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing. After these discussion, the author summarizes several forms of

8、 the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing and also discusses the main characteristics and forms it, for example: special permission management pattern, pay-on-users and hiring the private compan

9、y through making a contract .However, many problems in realizing the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing, such as the imperfect of facilities, lacking of money, imperfect of sharing mechanism.

10、To solve these problems, firstly, set up idea of the market mechanism of e-government information resources sharing. Secondly, build up the management mechanism. Thirdly, perfect the operation mechanism and finally deepe
