2、come the defect of the traditional concrete effectively. At present, the study on fiber reinforced concrete, mostly concentrate on the research of fiber reinforced concrete of chemical fibers such as the steel fiber, car
3、bon fiber, glass fiber and polypropylene fiber domestic and international.Nobody has still involved to the research of the natural plant fiber reinforced concrete.Compared with chemical fibers such as glass fiber and car
4、bon fiber, etc., various natural plant fibers have cheap, recoverable, degradative, renewable advantages, and have intensity and rigidity of generally fibers, there proportion are relatively small.The natural plant fibre
5、 reinforced concrete has fine performance too. Though, it can not catch up with the high-performance chemical fiber reinforced concrete on much performance, it can already be competent in a lot of requirements of not too
6、 high application. This paper selects jute fiber, whose output is very large in China, as the research object. For reducing cost, utilizing resource fully, this subject select waste of Jute mill.This paper carries on cra
7、ck and draw performance test of jute fiber reinforced concrete to expound the influence to crack and draw performance of fiber reinforced concrete when jute is added. A draw intensity model of low mixing amount, low modu
8、lus fiber has been set up according to drawing the analysis of the test result.Form crack performance test of jute fiber reinforced mortar, and contrasted with polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar, we can obtain: Crack
9、performance of jute fiber reinforced mortar is obviously better than that of the polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar. The shorter, the thicker, the more, the evener the jute is, the better the crack performance of jute
10、 fiber reinforced mortar is.Form draw performance test of jute fiber reinforced mortar, and contrasted with polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar, we can obtain: Draw performance of jute fiber reinforced mortar is obviou
11、sly better than that of the polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar. The longer, the thinner, the better the crack performance of jute fiber reinforced mortar is. In the range of low mixing quantity, the volume content of
12、jute has a little effect on draw performance of fiber reinforced mortar.Form the contrast of crack performance test result and draw performance test result of jute fiber and polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar, we can
13、find out: the crack performance and draw performance of low modulus fiber reinforced concrete have no relevance at low mixing amount case.According to drawing the analysis of the draw performance test result of jute fibe
14、r reinforced mortar, a draw intensity model of low mixing amount, low modulus fiber has been set up. This paper has proved the model from the test data. The result proves this model is very effective to the jute fiber re
15、inforced mortar. But because of the limitation of experimental condition and content of the test, there is much work to be done to make the model have better applicability. Postgraduate student:
