24、DE型氧化溝生物脫氮工藝 </p><p>  氮是植物生長的一種必不可少的營養(yǎng)成分,但是如果水體中氮的含量過高,就會產(chǎn)生富營養(yǎng)化,使溶解氧含量降低,藻類生長泛濫,加速水體天然老化過程。另外,以硝酸鹽形式存在的氮被認(rèn)為是引起嬰幼兒的一種暫時性白血病—高鐵血紅蛋白癥的根源。因此,對于將流入飲用水的水源很有必要脫氮。</p><p>  氧化溝生物脫氮是首先由自養(yǎng)型好氧微生物在好氧狀態(tài)下,利用

25、混合液中的溶解氧通過硝化反應(yīng)將氨氮氧化為硝酸鹽,再由異養(yǎng)微生物在缺氧狀態(tài)下在反硝化細(xì)菌的作用下,利用硝酸鹽中的氧產(chǎn)生反硝化作用將硝酸鹽中的氮轉(zhuǎn)化為氮?dú)忉尫懦鋈ァ?</p><p><b>  硝化反應(yīng)式為: </b></p><p><b>  反硝化反應(yīng)式為: </b></p><p>  DE型氧化溝的脫氮作用是通過特

27、I后端的溢流堰打開,泥水混合液由此進(jìn)人二沉池進(jìn)行沉淀分離,而溝II中的轉(zhuǎn)刷進(jìn)行高速曝氣,將前一階段進(jìn)人該溝的污水在好氧狀態(tài)下(D0>2 mg/l)進(jìn)行硝化反應(yīng)。該階段的運(yùn)行時間為 15min。</p><p>  階段B:污水仍經(jīng)分配井進(jìn)人溝I,溝I、溝II均保持上階段的反硝化、硝化狀態(tài)。但水由溝I改為溝II,保證進(jìn)人溝II的污水中有機(jī)污染物質(zhì)得到充分降解。該階段運(yùn)行時間105min。</p>

28、<p>  階段C:污水經(jīng)分配井進(jìn)入溝II。此時溝II中轉(zhuǎn)刷低速推流進(jìn)入反硝化狀態(tài),進(jìn)行出水。而溝I中轉(zhuǎn)刷高速曝氣,進(jìn)行硝化反應(yīng)。該階段運(yùn)行時間為 15min。 </p><p>  階段D:階段 D的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)與階段 B相似,只是溝I、溝II進(jìn)、出水情況相反。該階段的運(yùn)行時間為105min。 </p><p>  上述工藝運(yùn)行過程中。分配井、轉(zhuǎn)刷、溢流堰由預(yù)先設(shè)定的時間控制運(yùn)行

30、除主要依靠聚磷菌在能量交換過程中吸收磷,并以聚合磷的形式存在于體內(nèi)。在厭氧狀態(tài)下,這些細(xì)菌將體內(nèi)聚合磷以PO43-—P的形式釋放出來;在好氧或缺氧狀態(tài)下,聚磷菌又通過呼吸作用吸收污水中的PO43-—P,以聚合磷的形式存在于體中進(jìn)行細(xì)胞合成。 </p><p>  DE型氧化溝的生物除磷就是根據(jù)這個機(jī)理,在氧化溝前設(shè)置厭氧進(jìn)水池,從而形成厭氧—缺氧—好氧的工藝流程( 如圖2 ) ,創(chuàng)造了有利于生物除磷的最佳運(yùn)行條

31、件。</p><p>  該系統(tǒng)中厭氧池由三個溝渠組成,水力停留時間為lh。池中安裝潛水?dāng)嚢杵?,使污水與回流污泥充分混合。因?yàn)榫哿拙仨氃谕耆珔捬醯臈l件下才能夠?qū)Ⅲw內(nèi)的聚合磷充分釋放出來,如果池中 NO3-的含量過大,會影響除磷的效率,所以在第一條溝內(nèi)含有NO3-的回流污泥利用污水作碳源進(jìn)行較徹底的脫硝反應(yīng),從而保證磷在第二、三條溝內(nèi)得以充分釋放。污水經(jīng)分配井進(jìn)人氧化溝后,在缺氧和好氧的狀態(tài)下( 好氧狀態(tài)下吸收效
