36、orks和MasterCAM簡(jiǎn)介</p><p> SolidWorks軟件屬于中端三維CAD軟件,是Dassault System公司旗下SolidWorks子公司的產(chǎn)品,軟件最大的特點(diǎn)是易學(xué)易用,容易掌握,對(duì)硬件的要求較低。另外,在世界范圍內(nèi)有數(shù)百家公司基于SolidWork*開(kāi)發(fā)了專(zhuān)業(yè)的工程應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)作為插件集成到SolidWorks的軟件界面中,其中包括模具設(shè)計(jì)、制造、分析、產(chǎn)品演示、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換等等,使它成
37、為具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用解決方案的軟件系統(tǒng),但在工程中要實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用需要其它模塊的支持。MasterCAM美國(guó)NC Software公司所開(kāi)發(fā)研制的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)軟件,由于卓越的加工功能,在世界上擁有眾多的忠實(shí)用戶(hù),被泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、航空、造船、模具等領(lǐng)域。然而MasterCAM的設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)功能相對(duì)薄弱,在進(jìn)行復(fù)雜曲面造型時(shí)一比較困難,而這正是SolidWorks的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。本文為MasterCAM軟件提供了DXF , I(}ES , CADL
38、 , VDA , STL, PA-RASLD , DWG等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖形轉(zhuǎn)換接口,可以把其他CAD軟件生成的圖形轉(zhuǎn)變成本系統(tǒng)的圖形文件,實(shí)現(xiàn)圖形文件共享。建立完模型后選擇合理的加工方式,利用MasterC</p><p> 因此利用SolidWorks進(jìn)行CAD設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合MasterCAM進(jìn)行數(shù)控加工,就成為當(dāng)前模具企業(yè)優(yōu)先選擇的CAD/CAM方式,下面以手機(jī)蓋模具為例,介紹SolidWorks結(jié)合MasterCAM
39、9. 0在模具設(shè)計(jì)和加工方面的應(yīng)用。</p><p> 2基于SolidWorks的手機(jī)蓋模具設(shè)計(jì)</p><p> SolidWorks軟件具有很強(qiáng)的建模功能,利用其拉伸、切除、鉆孔、倒角、抽殼、曲線曲面等命令可以完成各種類(lèi)型的零件設(shè)計(jì)。</p><p> 2. 1原始設(shè)計(jì)模型</p><p> 以手機(jī)蓋例,利用SolidWorks
40、軟件選擇零件,先選擇草圖并繪制草圖,進(jìn)行尺寸約束和幾何關(guān)系約束,然后進(jìn)行拉伸、切除、鉆孔、倒角等生成三維立體圖。</p><p> 2. 2手機(jī)外殼制作加工</p><p> (1) SolidWorks手機(jī)外殼制作</p><p> 如上面打開(kāi)零件繪圖框,選擇“前視”,插入“基準(zhǔn)面1,在“等距距離”框中輸入“10",建立基準(zhǔn)面1,如圖1</p
41、><p><b> 圖1基準(zhǔn)面建立</b></p><p> 在“前視面”上繪制橢圓圖形,選擇“工具/草圖” 繪制“工具/裁剪”直線對(duì)橢圓進(jìn)行裁剪、尺寸設(shè)置,如圖2。</p><p> 在“基準(zhǔn)面 1”上繪制同樣圖形,選擇“插入/凸臺(tái)基體/放樣”,彈出放樣對(duì)話框,在“輪廓”框中分別選擇“草圖1”和“草圖2",選取圖形上表面的邊線對(duì)其
42、倒圓角,半徑為10 mm,如圖3</p><p> 選擇“工具/草圖繪制實(shí)體/文字”在圖形上表面繪制文字,然后點(diǎn)擊“拉伸凸臺(tái)/基體”按鈕,深度1mm,效果如圖4</p><p> ( 2 ) Mastercam手機(jī)外殼模擬加工</p><p> 打開(kāi)Mastercam操作界面,點(diǎn)擊File/Converters/IGES/Read file,找到所存文件并打開(kāi)
43、,即可完成Solidworks與Mastercam圖形文件的轉(zhuǎn)換,如圖5所示。 然后經(jīng)過(guò)不同步驟的①加工部位選取、②刀具選擇、③刀具參數(shù)設(shè)置(圖6) ,④加工路徑設(shè)置、⑤粗加工參數(shù)設(shè)置、⑥精加工參數(shù)設(shè)置等設(shè)置,最終完成手機(jī)殼的數(shù)控自動(dòng)編程)選取圖不邊線并按圖進(jìn)行設(shè)置。</p><p> 完成上述各種工藝參數(shù)設(shè)置,經(jīng)過(guò)下述加工步驟仿真(圖7}最終成型如圖8 。①外形銑削;②文字上表面銑削;③殼體上表面銑削;
44、④圓周粗加工;⑤系統(tǒng)生成程序(圖9)。</p><p> 利用MasterCAM9. 0后置處理模塊,選用機(jī)床對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的后置處理程序來(lái)生成數(shù)控程序。選用MPFAN. PST文件則MasterCAM9. 0將生成適合該機(jī)床運(yùn)行的數(shù)控程序。MasterCAM軟件系統(tǒng)針對(duì)許多數(shù)控系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)了與之匹配的后處理文件(如FANUC , SIEMENS ,MITSUBISHI等),選取相應(yīng)后處理文件,即可直接生成特定數(shù)控系
45、統(tǒng)所需的數(shù)控加工程序。由于此系統(tǒng)是國(guó)產(chǎn)的南京華興21M數(shù)控系統(tǒng),MasterCAM軟件系統(tǒng)中沒(méi)有與之相匹配的后處理文件,自動(dòng)生成的NC程序不能直接傳送給數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)行加工,需要進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的修改。修改完畢即可將文件傳輸給數(shù)控機(jī)床,完成工件的加工。</p><p> 對(duì)自動(dòng)生成的數(shù)控程序主要進(jìn)行了以下三方面的修改。</p><p> ?、賱h去程序開(kāi)頭、段尾一些對(duì)于系統(tǒng)沒(méi)必要的說(shuō)明解釋性的程序代碼
