34、/p><p><b>  張堅(jiān)</b></p><p>  摘要:闡述了移動(dòng)式數(shù)控龍門銑床的總體設(shè)計(jì),并重點(diǎn)分析了雙邊齒輪齒條副驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),對(duì)X軸的導(dǎo)軌安裝面作了介紹。</p><p>  關(guān)鍵詞:移動(dòng)式 數(shù)控龍門 銑床設(shè)計(jì)</p><p>  本文所述的移動(dòng)式數(shù)控龍門銑床是指龍門框架作縱向移動(dòng)的龍門銑床。移動(dòng)式

35、龍門銑床的最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:</p><p>  (1)機(jī)床占地面積小。工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)式龍門銑床,整機(jī)長(zhǎng)度必須兩倍于縱向行程長(zhǎng)度,而移動(dòng)式龍門銑床的整機(jī)長(zhǎng)度只需縱向行程加上龍門架側(cè)面寬度即可。</p><p> ?。?)機(jī)床的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)好。移動(dòng)式龍門銑床采用的是固定工作臺(tái),一般與床身整體鑄出,龍門框架縱向運(yùn)動(dòng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩等值不變,不會(huì)因工件的承載重量的改變而變化,從而保證了加工精度和機(jī)床的響應(yīng)性能。筆者

36、獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)式數(shù)控龍門銑床(圖1),現(xiàn)已作為專機(jī)投入生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用,能滿足大型鑄件、鋼件的鏜、銑、鉆等多工序加工;配上直角銑頭,還可對(duì)工件的個(gè)側(cè)面進(jìn)行加工。由于設(shè)計(jì)思想正確,配套零部件質(zhì)量過關(guān),該機(jī)床各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均已達(dá)到數(shù)控龍門銑床相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。該龍門銑床的主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)如下:工作臺(tái)面積為1800mmX4000mm,X軸行程為4000mm,Y軸行程為2000mm,Z軸行程為750mm,主軸功率18.5KW,各軸快速進(jìn)給為10m/min。&l

37、t;/p><p><b>  1.機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)</b></p><p>  整機(jī)分為床身、龍門架、滑臺(tái)、主軸箱、三軸進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)機(jī)械部分及相關(guān)數(shù)控伺服部分?,F(xiàn)把設(shè)計(jì)過程中的重點(diǎn)闡述如下:</p><p>  床身是本次設(shè)計(jì)工作的基礎(chǔ),床身的尺寸設(shè)計(jì)影響著對(duì)整機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),而且設(shè)計(jì)的合理性直接影響到整機(jī)的剛度。床身的截面形狀為∏形(圖1)。床身的上平面即

38、工作臺(tái)面設(shè)計(jì)有9條T形槽,為方便床身工作臺(tái)面和T形槽的精刨加工,槽完全貫通。床身的左、右兩下腳各設(shè)計(jì)有一個(gè)狹長(zhǎng)平面,用來安放滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副。筆者把導(dǎo)軌面設(shè)計(jì)在床身的兩下側(cè),主要是考慮力的傳遞方向與卸荷問題。因床身會(huì)受到龍門框架的重力、切削力和工件的重力,這樣的設(shè)計(jì)可使龍門框架的重力直接傳入到機(jī)床的基礎(chǔ)上,而床身只受到工件的重力。床身的基本壁厚由以下公式初定:</p><p>  C=1/4(2L+B+H)<

39、/p><p>  式中:L. B. H 分別為床身的長(zhǎng)、寬、高尺寸,單位為m。根據(jù)當(dāng)量尺寸C,查閱相關(guān)表格( 略),取基本壁厚為38mm。</p><p>  主軸箱采用.300mmX300mm 截面設(shè)計(jì),其抗扭抗彎能力更強(qiáng)。主軸變速箱采用兩檔滑移齒輪變速機(jī)構(gòu),可適應(yīng)粗精加工需求。主軸單元采用4支承結(jié)構(gòu),前面三組角接觸球軸承用來承受切削力,主軸尾部一個(gè)深溝球軸承用來卸荷,使主軸不受到滑移齒輪產(chǎn)

40、生的附加力矩的影響。</p><p>  龍門框架采用的是整體龍門架的設(shè)計(jì)概念,即把橫梁與左右立柱設(shè)計(jì)成一體,雖然使鑄造和裝配調(diào)整時(shí)的難度加大,但整體龍門框架的剛性更好,更重要的是使主軸箱、滑臺(tái)等部件有了裝配基準(zhǔn)。</p><p>  滑臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)是在龍門架和主軸箱的幾何尺寸確定后,按照主軸的中心盡量貼近橫梁上的導(dǎo)軌面為原則,并把Z軸驅(qū)動(dòng)安裝位置設(shè)計(jì)在滑臺(tái)上,有效地減輕了滑臺(tái)的重量。<

41、/p><p>  設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)思如下:X軸的進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙邊齒輪齒條副加重預(yù)壓滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副,Y軸與X軸采用大直徑預(yù)壓滾珠絲杠副加硬導(dǎo)軌副,且導(dǎo)軌滑動(dòng)部分貼有工程塑料,避免低速時(shí)產(chǎn)生爬行現(xiàn)象,而且導(dǎo)軌部分設(shè)計(jì)有斜鑲條可調(diào)裝置。這樣設(shè)計(jì)使機(jī)床的整體進(jìn)給性能得以協(xié)調(diào),各軸的進(jìn)給速度和進(jìn)給力得到了最佳匹配。</p><p>  由于機(jī)床的縱向運(yùn)動(dòng)X軸是龍門框架移動(dòng),而龍門框架重達(dá)10t,

42、所以導(dǎo)軌必須選用直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌。因?yàn)闈L動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副的摩擦系數(shù)小,非常適合龍門框架移動(dòng)的動(dòng)靜剛度要求。導(dǎo)軌的滑塊選用加長(zhǎng)加寬型,每個(gè)滑塊的動(dòng)載荷可達(dá)到10t??紤]到安全系數(shù),每根導(dǎo)軌安裝3個(gè)滑塊。龍門框架的驅(qū)動(dòng)源為雙邊齒輪齒條副(見圖3),進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)由軸2輸入,通過兩對(duì)斜齒輪將運(yùn)動(dòng)傳給軸1和軸3,然后由兩個(gè)直齒輪4和5去傳動(dòng)齒條,從帶動(dòng)龍門框架移動(dòng)。軸2上兩個(gè)斜齒輪的螺旋線的方向相反。通過彈簧在軸2上作用一個(gè)軸向力F,使斜齒輪產(chǎn)生微量的軸向移動(dòng),

43、這時(shí)軸1和軸3便以相反的方向轉(zhuǎn)過微小的角度,使齒輪4和5分別與齒條的兩齒面貼緊,消除了間隙。</p><p>  主軸箱的上下垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)Z軸采用滾珠絲杠副傳動(dòng)。由于本機(jī)床不是高速銑床,Z軸的進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)為伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)通過傳動(dòng)比為4的平行軸定比齒輪箱帶動(dòng)滾珠絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn)。筆者在設(shè)計(jì)中特別注意Z軸的安全問題。首先選用帶電磁剎車的伺服電動(dòng)機(jī),其次在滾珠絲杠上裝有一雙向超越離合器,防止?jié)L珠螺母自轉(zhuǎn)引起主軸箱機(jī)械式下垂。當(dāng)然,為了保護(hù)

44、Z軸進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的精度,還在滑臺(tái)上裝有兩個(gè)平衡油缸。平衡力Q等于主軸箱部件質(zhì)量的85%。</p><p>  主軸箱的左右移動(dòng)為Y軸,為了保證Y軸的傳動(dòng)精度,并使絲杠只受水平軸向力,故采用伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)與滾珠絲杠直聯(lián)方式。筆者選用的聯(lián)軸器帶有過載保護(hù)裝置,在過載時(shí)聯(lián)軸器會(huì)自動(dòng)脫開。</p><p><b>  2.數(shù)控系統(tǒng)選型</b></p><p>

45、  數(shù)控系統(tǒng)采用的是西門子840D,因?yàn)榇讼到y(tǒng)提供了龍門軸的同步功能。使用此功能,本機(jī)床可以對(duì)龍門框架進(jìn)給軸(X1,X2)實(shí)現(xiàn)無機(jī)械偏差的位移。運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)際值可進(jìn)行連續(xù)比較,即使最小的偏差也可以得到糾正,因此提高了X軸的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度。</p><p><b>  3.結(jié)語</b></p><p>  筆者最后要說明的是,根據(jù)專業(yè)機(jī)床零部件廠商提供的設(shè)計(jì)樣本進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)會(huì)達(dá)到事半
