3、ises must improve their engineer project management level in order to occupy an advantaged position in vehement market competition. The engineer project cost control, which is the most directly influencing factor of ente

4、rprise profit, becomes more and more pivotal. The author of this paper has committed himself to the management work of machinery and electricity engineer in metallurgy industry for a long time. He has realized the actual

5、ity, predominance, insufficiency, bottleneck and developing direction of cost management in his enterprise. In this paper, It firstly dwells on these contents mentioned above, analyzes them aiming at characteristics of t

6、his industry, and introduces related project management theories focusing on cost control. Then it imports the main example project of this paper, and analyzes its cost status by means of advanced management theories and

7、 scientific management methods. Based on this example, It works over how to improve the control of project cost from several aspects which includes designing, risk analysis, stocking and implementation of project. It als

8、o puts forward its owner management method and applies a part to factual project work, while introducing its effects. Finally, It discusses other cost management methods applying to the same project, such as earned value

9、 management, standard cost system, cost analysis methods, etc. The research purpose of this paper is how to implement machinery and electricity engineer project cost control in metallurgy industry in order to support run
