13、sbythemethodsoffceclosureoptimizationfiniteelementmodeling.Mostoftheabovestudiesuselinearnonlinearprogrammingmethodswhichoftendonotgiveglobaloptimumsolution.Allofthefixturelayoutoptimizationproceduresstartwithaninitialfe
14、asiblelayout.Solutionsfromthesemethodsaredependingontheinitialfixturelayout.Theydonotconsiderthefixturelayoutoptimizationonoverallwkpiecedefmation.TheGAshasbeenproventobeusefultechniqueinsolvingoptimizationproblemsinengi
15、neering[10–12].Fixturedesignhasalargesolutionspacerequiresasearchtooltofindthebestdesign.FewresearchershaveusedtheGAsffixturedesignfixturelayoutproblems.Kumaretal.[13]haveappliedbothGAsneuralwksfdesigningafixture.Marceli
16、n[14]hasusedGAstotheoptimizationofsupptpositions.Vallapuzhaetal.[15]presentedGAbasedoptimizationmethodthatusesspatialcodinatestorepresentthelocationsoffixtureelements.Fixturelayoutoptimizationprocedurewasimplementedusing
