3、elostofcarbon[15].IndertoenhancethestrengthtoughnessNi、Cr、MowereaddedtocontroltheMicrostructurechangedfromferritepearlitetomartensitebainite.Thecompositionsofthesteelhadlowcarboncontentsabout0.06%toimprovetheweldablility
4、ofthesteel.TheconditionofdeliveryoftheHSLA100steelwasquenchedtempered.Withthedevelopmentoftherollingequipmentthecontrolrollingcontrolcoolingtechnologytheonlinedirectquenchingprocess(DQ)wasappliedtoenhancethestrengththeto
5、ughnessofthesteelitwascometruetoreplacetheconventionalofflinereheatingquenching(RQ)processbytheDQprocess.ThegrainswererefinedwiththeacceleratecoolingthestrengthtoughnesswerehigherthantheRQTwithhigherhardenabilitysimultan
