3、estructurereliabilityhighprecision.Buttheoutputsignalfromthesynchronizerisananalogsignalsoitisdifficulttorealizedigitalmeasurement.Thispaperintroducesameasuringcircuitbasedonasinglechip.Thiscircuitcanproduceexcitingsigna
4、lindependentlynoextraexcitingpowersupplyisneededmakingtheapplicationeasy.TheACsignalsoutputfromthesynchronizerareconvertedintoDCsignalsthenmeasureddirectlybythesinglechip.Themeasuringdataafterbeingprocessedareturnedintos
5、erialdatatooutputthroughaRS232serialinterface.Thesynchronizerequippedwiththecircuitwillbeadigitalaxisanglesens.Thesensisofhighprecisionreliabilitylowpriceeasyapplicationhighpracticalvalue.1.IntductionThesynchronizerisoft
6、enusedfthemeasurementofaxisanglebecauseofitssimplestructurereliabilityhighprecision.Theoutputsignalfromthesynchronizerusuallyismeasuredbyakindofsynchronizermeasuringmoduleswhichcanoutputadigitalquantitycrespondingtotheme
7、asuredaxisangle.Butfthiskindofmodulestheextraexcitingpowersupplyusuallyisneeded[1]makingtheapplicationmeinconvenient.Inadditionthemodulecannotjointtogetherwiththe[2]synchronizerbecauseofitsbigsize.Thispaperintroducesasim
8、plemeasuringcircuittomeasurethesignalfromthesynchronizer.Thecircuitcanproduceexcitingsignalindependentlynoextraexcitingpowersupplyisneededmakingtheapplicationeasy.TheACsignalsoutputfromthesynchronizerareconvertedintoDCsi
9、gnalsthenmeasureddirectlybythesinglechip.ThemeasuringdataafterbeingprocessedareturnedintoserialdatatooutputthroughaRS232serialinterface.Thesmallsizeofthecircuit’sPCBmakeitpossibletojointtogetherwiththesynchronizer.Thesyn
10、chronizerequippedwiththismeasuringcircuitwillbeabletorealizeadigitalsignaloutputsothedesignhasahigherpracticability.2.SynchronizerOperatingPrincipleThesynchronizerconsistsofarotwindingthreestatwindingsconnectedinstar.Whe
