1、I摘要錳是環(huán)境水質(zhì)污染物的重要重金屬監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)之一,由于我國(guó)錳礦床多為中小型礦床,制約了錳礦山建設(shè)的規(guī)模,現(xiàn)有錳礦山生產(chǎn)能力普遍較小。全國(guó)年消耗1000萬噸以上,居世界首位,但我國(guó)錳礦資源相對(duì)缺乏,富礦較少,在大量錳礦的開采和深加工過程中由于設(shè)備和處理技術(shù)等各方面的制約,使我國(guó)的含錳廢料和含錳廢水污染較為嚴(yán)重。本設(shè)計(jì)含錳廢水污水處理站日處理量為1200m3d,進(jìn)水的CODCr為200mgL,pH為9.5,SS為150mgL,出水CODCr
2、為100mgL,pH為69,SS為70mgL。本設(shè)計(jì)采用石灰乳沉淀錳離子,先將石灰乳和廢水混合使廢水的pH到達(dá)9.5以上,在水中溶解氧的作用下迅速氧化為析出,加入絮凝劑,?2Mn2MnO通過初沉池、二沉池絮凝沉淀,錳離子的去除率為94.3%。該工藝處理過2MnO的出水可以達(dá)到《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)——GB89781996》的一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。III目錄摘要...............................................
