14、rcometheblanketingeffectofthatpressurethewaterstartstochangeitsstateintothatofavapour(steam).Furtherheataddedatthisstagewillnotcauseanyfurtherdetectablechangeintemperature:theenergyaddedisusedtochangethestateofthefluid.I
