5、gulation1972”oftheUnitedKingdomunderTheFactiesAct1961whichisalsoissuedasBritishStardBS3900PartA11SmallScaleTestfCombustibility.ThissustainedburningtestwasstudiedproposedbytheASTMCodinatingCommitteefFlashPointRelatedPrope
6、rties.ThemajpurposeofthistestissimilartothatoftheBritishtest—toprovideamethodfdeterminingthesustainedburningacteristicsbydirectlyobservingthispropertyratherthanbydeducingthemfromtheflashpoint.1.Scope1.1Thistestmethod2des
7、cribesaprocedurefdeterminingthesustainedburningacteristicsofmixturesofflammablenonflammableliquidstomixturescontainingliquidswithwidelydifferentflashpoints.1.2Thevaluesstatedininchpoundunitsaretoberegardedasstard.Thevalu
