2、e To investigate the effects of administration of water-soluble or liposoluble of PM2.5 on myogenic responses of renal artery to vasoactives and to explore the underlying mechanisms. Methods Water-soluble, liposolub
3、le, mixture of the both of PM2.5 were administrated intravenously successively for 10d. DMT and Power-Lab system were used to record the tone of the renal artery rings. ELISA was used to measure the serum level of NOS/NO
4、. Results 1.Compared with the control group,no significant difference was found in the renal artery rings contractions induced by 60mM KCl and U46619 among the four groups (P>0.05). 2.Compared with the control group,Ace
5、tylcholine induced vasorelaxation was attenuated in PM2.5 extracts-treated groups(P<0.05). 3.Compared with the control group, Nitroprusside sodium induced vasorelaxation was attenuated in PM2.5extracts-treated groups,has
6、 no significant difference(P>0.05). 4.Serum NO level was increased in PM2.5 extracts-treated groups (P < 0.05). Serum eNOS level significantly decreased in the mixture treated group (P<0.01),but no significant differe
7、nce was found in water-soluble or liposoluble treated group (P>0.05). Serum iNOS level increased in all PM2.5 extracts-treated groups, compared with the control (P < 0.05). Serum AngⅡ level decreased in all PM2.5 extract
8、s-treated groups, compared with the control (P<0.05). Conclusion 1.Administration intravenously of PM2.5 extracts enhanced the renal artery rings contractions induced by 60mM KCl and U46619 among the four groups,but ha
9、ve no significant difference . 2.Administration intravenously of PM2.5 extracts attenuated the vasorelaxation response of renal arteriole to acetylcholine. 3.Serum NO level was increased in PM2.5 extracts-treated groups.
10、 4.Serum eNOS level significantly decreased in the mixture treated group,but no significant difference was found in water-soluble or liposoluble treated group. 5.Serum iNOS level increased in all PM2.5 extracts-treated g
