23、onic commerce development. And cross-border e-commerce is in this context, and in the process of international trade development, playing an increasingly important role, has become a new way of development of global tr
24、ade. This article first from the development of cross-border electricity environment, scale, industry chain and business model to analyze the development status quo of cross-border electricity suppliers. And then through
