4、 to some extent. Considering this, it is quite urgent for us to analyze the practical promotion, application and overall evaluation of the Green Construction based on the theoretical analysis, the theme according which i

5、s how the research of this paper is conducted. In the first place, this dissertation discussed theoretical research of the Green Production and Green manufacturing, and further defined the meaning and extention of Green

6、 Construction based on an elaborate analysis of the conception, contention, characteristic of the Green Construction, as well as the relationship between the Green Construction and Green Building. Additionally, consideri

7、ng the elaborate analysis of the benefits of Green Construction and its existing situation in our country, and referring to the domestic and overseas development strategies, this dissertation conducted an exploring study

8、 for the promotion and application of China’s Green Construction from five aspects including establishing systemic systems of regulations, setting up supportive policy systems, improving supervision systems, strengthenin

9、g the awareness of the Green construction and building a dynamic assessment system. Finally, by a further study on the overall assessment theories, based on the comparison and analysis of the prevailing domestic an

10、d overseas assessment system of Green Building, and referring to China’s construction characteristic and relevant technical specifications, this dissertation established an assessment index system for Green Construction,
