2、in hydraulic systems instead of mineral oil, which has become more and more attractive owing to the great advantages such as environmentally friendly, nonflammable, inexpensive, clean and easily disposab
3、le. The sea water hydraulic piston pump is a key component in the sea water desalination system, which provides high- pressure sea water to complete the desalination process of sea water reverse osmo
4、sis. The energy consumption in the process of desalination is the key factor for the real practice, therefore the development of the sea water hydraulic piston pump with stable pressure and flow,
5、 high efficiency, and slight vibration impact will put the technology of sea water reverse osmosis into use early. This thesis focuses mainly on the design and simulation of the sea water hy
6、draulic piston pump. Based on the structure analysis of several of water hydraulic piston pumps, the structure of the sea water hydraulic piston pump is determined. The main structural parameters
7、 of the pump, its kinematic and dynamic characteristics are computed and analyzed respectively in this thesis. Considering the leakage and capability of technic, the unilateral clearance has been
8、 set at 6~10µm by the simulation on PV value and the leakage between the plunger and cylinder. The port plate has been designed on the basis of detailed analysis on the pinched force an
9、d moment. To reduce the vibration and noise of the pump caused by cavitation and pressure concussion, the pressure transient process of a plunger chamber when traveling into the pre- compression
10、 area and pre- decompression area has been analyzed. Through simulation on the pressure transition characteristics of the port plate with triangle damping groove, triangle- rectangular damping groov
11、e and U- shaped damping groove, the result that adopting the U- shaped damping groove in the pressure pre- compression area of the port plate and the triangle- rectangular damping groove in the pre- deco
12、mpression area respectively is helpful to reduce the vibration and noise of the pump, is obtained. In addition, through the simulation on the pressure transient process with different parameters of the p
13、lunger hollow volume, the installation deflection angle and the cover mode of the damping groove, it can be concluded that the vibration and noise of the pump will be reduced by increasing t
