    • 簡介:2020年交通運輸局局長述職報告三篇(參考)篇一一年來,在區(qū)委、區(qū)政府的正確領導下,在市交通運輸局的大力支持下,以黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動為契機,反對“四風”,提高執(zhí)行力與落實力,在局黨總支及班子成員和全局干部職工的積極配合、共同努力下,夯實農(nóng)村公路基礎設施,深化農(nóng)村公路養(yǎng)護管理體制改革,延伸養(yǎng)護的范圍,加大對路政案件的查處力度,有效維護路產(chǎn)路權,提高依法執(zhí)政的水平,努力為百姓創(chuàng)建安全、便捷、有序的道路交通環(huán)境,圓滿完成全年各項目標任務,現(xiàn)將一年來的工作情況述職如下一、盡心盡職,圓滿完成全年工作目標我作為區(qū)交通運輸局局長,主要負責總攬全面工作主持制定交通發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究布置重點工作的開展,對重大問題進行決策并督促落實支持副局長、職能股室及所屬各單位負責人開展工作及時協(xié)調(diào)處理工作中出現(xiàn)的各種疑難問題定期和不定期地向區(qū)委、人大、政府、政協(xié)及上級交通主管部門報告工作。交通工作面寬量大,千頭萬緒,實踐證明,要做好交通工作,關鍵在于抓住“建設”和“管理”這兩個環(huán)節(jié),在XXXX年度工作中,我?guī)ьI全體職工今年,區(qū)政府工作報告分解任務里將南繞城改擴建工程征拆工作由我局負責,我局非常重視,及時召開會議研究部署,成立了由我任組長的南繞城改擴建工程征拆工作組,分兩個組,分別負責哈林格爾鎮(zhèn)、工業(yè)園區(qū)的征拆與麻池鎮(zhèn)的征拆工作,我同時兼任哈林格爾鎮(zhèn)片區(qū)的征拆工作。全體征拆人員,放棄節(jié)假日與休息日,與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)干部一起投入到征拆一線,高效實施政府分解任務。截止目前,南繞城改擴建工程共涉及征拆戶XXX戶,已完成征拆XXX戶,共爭取交投公司征拆資金XX億元,已全部撥付兩鎮(zhèn)。其中麻池鎮(zhèn)XXX戶,已征拆X9X戶,哈林格爾鎮(zhèn)XXX戶,已征拆XXX戶。南繞城改擴建工程九原段施工全長約X99X公里,已開工XXX9公里,南繞城征拆工作走在了全市前列,獲得市交通局好評。四公路養(yǎng)護工作取得新成效按照“提高養(yǎng)護質(zhì)量、打造精品干線、推進體制改革、保障安全暢通”的總體思路,集中資金對部分縣鄉(xiāng)公路進行了補修,對危橋進行了改造,增設了道路安全標志,解決了一些歷史遺留問題,取得新成效。一是投入資金XX萬元,對銀梅線、萬哈線等我區(qū)主要交通干線破損路面進行了修補,共修補破損路面坑槽XXXX余平米,更換道牙XXX延米二是投入資金XX多萬元,在縣鄉(xiāng)公路上埋栽各類交通標志標牌X9X塊,為萬哈線和馬李線共補設限噸標志X塊,為我區(qū)境內(nèi)XX座危橋增設限噸標志XX塊,完善了道路安保設施三是全年共

    • 簡介:2020年交通運輸行業(yè)掃黑除惡專項斗爭實施方案年交通運輸行業(yè)掃黑除惡專項斗爭實施方案為進一步貫徹落實中共中央、國務院、省委、市委和縣委關于繼續(xù)深入開展掃黑除惡專項斗爭的決策部署,按照中央、全省、全市、全縣政法工作會議、掃黑除惡專項斗爭會議的部署要求,2020年繼續(xù)在全縣交通運輸行業(yè)開展掃黑除惡專項斗爭,形成對黑惡犯罪的凌厲攻勢,為全縣經(jīng)濟社會又好又快發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的社會環(huán)境。根據(jù)縣委、縣政府印發(fā)的縣掃黑除惡專項斗爭實施方案要求,結(jié)合我縣交通運輸實際制定本方案。一、2020年目標任務在2019年掃黑除惡專項斗爭取得成效的基礎上,對尚未攻克的重點案件、重點問題、重點地區(qū)集中攻堅,積極向縣掃黑辦提供案件線索,發(fā)動引導廣大群眾積極舉報,循線深挖、逐一見底,徹底鏟除黑惡勢力賴以滋生的土壤,使人民群眾安全感、滿意度明顯提升。二、工作內(nèi)容(一)政治站位情況局屬各單位、各交通運輸企業(yè)要認真貫徹落實中央、省、市、縣掃黑除惡專項斗爭工作部署,繼續(xù)強化第一責任人、直接責任人履職情況督查,提高政治站位,推進掃黑除惡專項斗爭工作。(二)機構(gòu)作用情況各單位、企業(yè)要進一步完善掃黑除惡專項斗爭機構(gòu)建設,增強人員力量,加大經(jīng)費保障,全面提升人員隊伍工作能力和水平,保證基礎工作扎實,臺賬資料健全。并提供案件線索。2規(guī)范線索管理。各單位、企業(yè)要建立涉黑涉惡線索管理臺賬,制定專人負責,嚴格保守紀律,按規(guī)定程序處置問題線索,確保件件有著落。3建立健全問題線索快速移送反饋機制。各單位、企業(yè)受理發(fā)現(xiàn)的涉黑涉惡違法犯罪線索,要規(guī)范移送反饋程序,及時移交縣公安機關辦理。(二)健全部門齊抓共管機制,提高工作整體性協(xié)同性1強化刑事司法和行政執(zhí)法有效銜接。會同公安機關健全和落實市場準入、規(guī)范管理、重點監(jiān)控等日常性工作機制,堅決堵塞管理漏洞。對涉黑涉惡人員開辦的企業(yè),建立黑名單制度,依法嚴格資格審查、加強市場監(jiān)管。對政法機關辦案中發(fā)現(xiàn)的交通行業(yè)管理漏洞,要及時調(diào)整完善監(jiān)管制度措施,并按有關規(guī)定通報反饋。2加強重點地區(qū)排查整治。進一步健全重點地區(qū)滾動排查整治機制。對車站及速通物流中心站場要完善巡查、監(jiān)控值守等治安防控機制。四、強化組織領導和工作保障(一)調(diào)整工作機構(gòu)。鑒于人事變動和領導分工調(diào)整,局掃黑除惡專項斗爭小組調(diào)整如下組長局長擔任副組長同志擔任
