簡(jiǎn)介:航天器這類(lèi)大型系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性與實(shí)時(shí)診斷的需求是兩個(gè)互相制約的問(wèn)題。探求一種有效的智能化的航天器故障診斷方法,解決復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)故障診斷的分離算法計(jì)算量大、計(jì)算時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等難題,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)航天器的自主化,保障航天器的高可靠、長(zhǎng)壽命運(yùn)行。本學(xué)位論文以國(guó)防“十五”預(yù)研項(xiàng)目(02413200204242)“衛(wèi)星長(zhǎng)壽命高可靠性技術(shù)”為研究背景,為提高日益復(fù)雜的航天器系統(tǒng)的故障診斷能力,研究了適合于航天器不同系統(tǒng)的層次診斷模型,并詳細(xì)討論了各層次模型的構(gòu)建技術(shù)及診斷算法。系統(tǒng)地研究了結(jié)構(gòu)抽象和行為抽象技術(shù)。充分利用航天器在組成單元上的天然分層結(jié)構(gòu),利用抽象技術(shù)建立層次診斷模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化。當(dāng)已知系統(tǒng)的先驗(yàn)概率時(shí),采用高效的拉格朗日松弛和啟發(fā)式算法,并結(jié)合傳播強(qiáng)度法來(lái)共同實(shí)現(xiàn)多故障診斷;當(dāng)系統(tǒng)的先驗(yàn)概率未知時(shí),提出用與系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的方程組成的約束集進(jìn)行一致性分析的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行診斷,并在診斷推理時(shí)引入定量知識(shí),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)故障的精確定位。根據(jù)衛(wèi)星熱控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),提出把基于圖論的故障診斷技術(shù)引入到結(jié)構(gòu)抽象技術(shù)中來(lái),構(gòu)建了某衛(wèi)星熱控系統(tǒng)層次診斷模型。研究了基于功能單元的抽象技術(shù),詳細(xì)介紹了功能單元的描述及功能單元抽象的基本規(guī)則。深入探討了用于診斷推理的三類(lèi)基本定理,并提出了新穎的診斷推理策略,給出了診斷推理步驟。針對(duì)衛(wèi)星電源系統(tǒng)具有某種流動(dòng)介質(zhì)或者可以稱(chēng)為一種廣義流的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了某衛(wèi)星電源系統(tǒng)的基于功能單元的層次診斷模型(SPS樹(shù))研究了以系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)為工具進(jìn)行行為抽象進(jìn)而建立層次模型的建模技術(shù)。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)基于參數(shù)估計(jì)的故障診斷技術(shù)存在的弊端,提出了一種新診斷思路。詳細(xì)地介紹了抽象樹(shù)的建立準(zhǔn)則,系統(tǒng)地研究了采用的行為抽象法BOXJENKINS建模法所包含的四項(xiàng)基本技術(shù),對(duì)其中的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)估計(jì)采用了一種新的不對(duì)稱(chēng)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)窗的方法。對(duì)某衛(wèi)星進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用仿真。針對(duì)分布式應(yīng)用對(duì)象,研究了一種基于語(yǔ)言抽象的分布式層次診斷模型。詳細(xì)地介紹了規(guī)則語(yǔ)言的數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)語(yǔ)言和相關(guān)工具的定義。深入地研究了全局一致性的分布式診斷技術(shù)及多步分辨診斷(MULTIRESOLUTIONDIAGNOSIS)的計(jì)算方法。提出了由下至上構(gòu)建層次模型結(jié)構(gòu),由上至下進(jìn)行分層計(jì)算的策略。建立了某衛(wèi)星測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的分布式層次診斷模型。以“風(fēng)云一號(hào)”衛(wèi)星為應(yīng)用背景,開(kāi)發(fā)了衛(wèi)星及診斷平臺(tái)。論述了軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則及基本設(shè)計(jì)思想,平臺(tái)以層次模型故障診斷理論為基礎(chǔ),并結(jié)合模糊推理及專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)診斷實(shí)現(xiàn)了三種方法的相互配合診斷。
