簡介:分類號UDCO密級公玨學(xué)校代碼Q壘皇2武潷理歹大署學(xué)位論文英文THEPERFORMANCEEVALUATIONOFLISTEDCOMPANIESIN題目TRANSPORTATIONBASEDONEFFICIENCYCOEFFICIENTMETHOD一指導(dǎo)教師430070申請學(xué)位級別亟學(xué)科專業(yè)名稱會讓堂論文提交日期2QQ生Q旦垣艙文答辯日期蘭旦L絲盟呈旦學(xué)位授予單位答辯委員會主2010年11月武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要上市公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績是投資者進行投資的重要參考依據(jù),通過選取2009年交通運輸業(yè)上市公司進行實證分析,構(gòu)建財務(wù)評價指標(biāo)體系,運用功效系數(shù)法對我國交通運輸業(yè)上市公司進行綜合評價并排序,全面反映企業(yè)盈利能力、償債能力、營運能力與發(fā)展能力,進而全面反映上市公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績水平。同時也為投資者和經(jīng)營者做出正確的投資、經(jīng)營決策提供參考依據(jù)。利用功效系數(shù)法反映上市公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績水平,分析交通業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境及交通運輸業(yè)上市公司在發(fā)展中存在的問題及存在問題的成因,從營運水平與投資結(jié)構(gòu)分析交通行業(yè)發(fā)展水平,并從投資者、經(jīng)營者、政府三個方面闡述了對交通運輸業(yè)上市公司進行績效評價的意義。根據(jù)選擇研究樣本,建立績效評價指標(biāo)體系,包括8個基本指標(biāo)與10個修正指標(biāo),運用功效系數(shù)法計算2009年案例公司基本指標(biāo)與修正指標(biāo)得分,對基本指標(biāo)與修正指標(biāo)進行分配確定總得分,設(shè)定基本指標(biāo)與修正指標(biāo)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將績效評價得分分為優(yōu)、良、中、低、差五個級別,分析歸納每一級別上市公司分析其得分高低的具體影響因素,指出存在的問題并提出一些可行性建議。為了使研究更加貼近實際,采用案例分析方法,選取鐵龍物流公司作為案例分析樣本,對企業(yè)財務(wù)評價指標(biāo)體系進行了分析,對案例公司的盈利能力、償債能力、營運能力和發(fā)展能力進行趨勢分析,列出功效系數(shù)法的計算過程,達(dá)到全面客觀反映上市公司績效評價的目的。研究結(jié)論表明,運用功效系數(shù)法對交通運輸業(yè)上市公司進行績效評價是可行的。通過財務(wù)指標(biāo)體系的績效評價,有效避免了根據(jù)單一指標(biāo)進行評價所產(chǎn)生的偏差;交通運輸業(yè)上市公司整體績效在2009年有所回升,速度緩慢;交通運輸業(yè)應(yīng)加強現(xiàn)代綜合交通運輸體系建設(shè),把鐵路、公路、水運、航空四種運輸方式作為一個有機整體進行系統(tǒng)研究、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和系統(tǒng)建設(shè),以形成整體的系統(tǒng)能力;不同樣本公司在某些能力指標(biāo)方面的缺失說明我國交通運輸業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營管理水平和降低成本的能力有待提高。關(guān)鍵詞交通運輸業(yè),功效系數(shù)法,績效評價
