簡(jiǎn)介:福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文福建紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)生物學(xué)特性及其捕食功能的研究姓名郭瑞鳴申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)森林保護(hù)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師黃金水郭文碩20070401禍矬農(nóng)林大學(xué)頑{二學(xué)位論文摘要紅點(diǎn)屑瓢蟲(chóng)CHILOCORUSKUWANAESILVESTRL屬于鞘翅目COLEOPTERA瓢蟲(chóng)科COCCINELLIDAE盔唇瓢蟲(chóng)屬CHILOCORUS,在國(guó)內(nèi)分布于黑龍江.吉林、遼寧、山東、江蘇、廣東、禍建等地;在國(guó)外主要分布于日本、朝鮮、意大利等國(guó).本研究主要對(duì)紅點(diǎn)屑瓢蟲(chóng)的形態(tài)特征、生物學(xué)特性、捕食功能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)觀察.摸清并掌握其在福建地區(qū)發(fā)生情況,以及其對(duì)松林害蟲(chóng)松突圓蚧的捕食能力,并對(duì)其林間應(yīng)用作了初步探討,為推廣應(yīng)用紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)生物防治松突圓蚧提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。1紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)的生物學(xué)特性紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)是我國(guó)廣泛分布的一種天敵瓢蟲(chóng).能夠捕食農(nóng)、林,果樹(shù)、花卉上5科38種蚧殼蟲(chóng),是一種優(yōu)秀的捕食性天敵昆蟲(chóng).在福建松林中,紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)是松突圓蚧的主要天敵瓢蟲(chóng),對(duì)松突圓蚧的控制能力較強(qiáng),有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景.通過(guò)20052006年在福建省平潭、福消等地的試驗(yàn)觀察,紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)在福建省福州地區(qū)LA發(fā)生4代,以成蟲(chóng)在樹(shù)皮裂縫、石縫和枯枝落葉等處越冬.越冬時(shí)問(wèn)大約在每年11月下旬到12月之間,翌年3月初氣溫回暖,越冬代成蟲(chóng)開(kāi)始出蟄,并頻繁交尾。越冬瓢蟲(chóng)的保存率較高,達(dá)86.75%,室內(nèi)飼養(yǎng)的越冬成聯(lián)大約能存活86.5D。自然狀態(tài)下7月仍可看到越冬瓢蟲(chóng)活動(dòng)。瓢蟲(chóng)完成一代的時(shí)問(wèn)受溫度影響較大,溫度高則發(fā)育較快.完成一代需要較短的時(shí)間;溫度低則發(fā)育慢,完成一代需要較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間.每年3月下旬第1代幼蟲(chóng)開(kāi)始出現(xiàn),經(jīng)過(guò)從卵到幼蟲(chóng)、蛹的蛻變,最后羽化成蟲(chóng),整個(gè)發(fā)育過(guò)程歷時(shí)大約57D;第2代和第3代6月8月由于氣溫較高,發(fā)育較快,平均發(fā)育歷期僅需32D和31D;第4代瓢蟲(chóng)卵出現(xiàn)在9月上中旬,最遲12月上旬羽化成蟲(chóng).12月下旬左右進(jìn)入越冬。各代成蟲(chóng)壽命差異較大,以越冬代成蟲(chóng)壽命晟長(zhǎng),平均217.9D;2代成蟲(chóng)壽命較短,平均109.2D,產(chǎn)生變化的原因可能與氣候有關(guān)。羽化后的成蟲(chóng)經(jīng)一段時(shí)間的發(fā)育性成熟后開(kāi)始頻繁交尾并產(chǎn)卵。成蟲(chóng)一生可多次重復(fù)交尾,交尾時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短不一.交尾后的成蟲(chóng)經(jīng)一段時(shí)間后開(kāi)始產(chǎn)卵,在整個(gè)產(chǎn)卵期中會(huì)出現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)短不同的產(chǎn)卵間期.第1代瓢蟲(chóng)出現(xiàn)時(shí)間剛好與松突圓蚧火發(fā)生時(shí)問(wèn)相吻合,瓢蟲(chóng)有足夠多的食物來(lái)源,產(chǎn)卵量最大,平均152.7粒。紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)成蟲(chóng)耐饑力較強(qiáng),其耐饑能力隨著羽化后的發(fā)育時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)而變大。白然條件下的紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)具有假死性,活動(dòng)、產(chǎn)卵場(chǎng)所隱蔽等特性,有利于其在林間建立穩(wěn)定的種群,維持白身種群的延續(xù)。2紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲(chóng)捕食功能的研究在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,運(yùn)用HOLLINGII型圓盤(pán)方稃對(duì)紅點(diǎn)屑瓢蟲(chóng)捕食功能進(jìn)行擬合,擬合效果較好。室溫F,紅點(diǎn)屑瓢蟲(chóng)的捕食能力隨著自身齡期增人而增大.其食暈隨著貓物的增加牛負(fù)指數(shù)增人,并逐漸趨近于一個(gè)晟人值。其中,成蟲(chóng)和四齡幼蟲(chóng)對(duì)松突圓蚧捕食越晟人,其圓盤(pán)方程為NT羆和ARTI器予齡期瓢蟲(chóng)日

簡(jiǎn)介:廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文桉樹(shù)黛袋蛾生物學(xué)特性與生態(tài)學(xué)特性的研究姓名常明山申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師楊振德20080530樹(shù)葉齡也具有選擇性,如對(duì)尾葉桉成熟葉的取食量是嫩葉的2倍多。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果還表明黛袋蛾4齡幼蟲(chóng)對(duì)尾葉桉葉片利用率和消化率相對(duì)較高,而對(duì)大葉桉和窿緣桉的利用率和消化率相對(duì)較低。研究結(jié)果還表明,黛袋蛾幼蟲(chóng)取食尾葉桉后體內(nèi)纖維素酶的活力明顯增加。6本文測(cè)定了3種桉樹(shù)葉片物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明尾葉桉和大葉桉的鮮重、葉片面積、比葉面積、葉干重、體積、海綿組織厚度相對(duì)窿緣桉較大。同時(shí),尾葉桉和大葉桉葉片的總糖和還原糖含量最高,窿緣桉最低;尾葉桉葉片的游離氨基酸含量最高,大葉桉和窿緣桉較低;蛋白質(zhì)含量窿緣桉最高,其次為尾葉桉;窿緣桉總酚含量最高,其次為大葉桉;對(duì)于尾葉桉不同老嫩程度的葉片,其內(nèi)部各成份含量均有明顯的差異。7選用4種殺蟲(chóng)劑對(duì)黛袋蛾進(jìn)行室內(nèi)藥效比較試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,高效氯氰菊酯和快殺靈的殺蟲(chóng)效果比較好,阿維菌素和敵敵畏殺蟲(chóng)效果較差。黛袋蛾取食和噴施殺蟲(chóng)劑均可誘導(dǎo)尾葉桉葉片內(nèi)保護(hù)酶過(guò)氧化氫酶、過(guò)氧化物酶活性明顯升高,說(shuō)明這兩種處理均能誘導(dǎo)尾葉桉產(chǎn)生一定程度的抗蟲(chóng)性;黛袋蛾取食對(duì)尾葉桉幼苗光合速率沒(méi)有明顯的影響;黛袋蛾取食后尾葉桉葉片的總酚含量顯著升高,而噴施殺蟲(chóng)劑對(duì)總酚含量沒(méi)有明顯的影響。8本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于首次運(yùn)用生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)和植物生理學(xué)多學(xué)科知識(shí),系統(tǒng)的研究了黛袋蛾的生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)特性及其與桉樹(shù)生理生化狀況之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)防治技術(shù)進(jìn)行了初步研究。關(guān)鍵詞桉樹(shù)黛袋蛾生物學(xué)特性生態(tài)學(xué)特性生化指標(biāo)防治技術(shù)
