簡介:南京師范大學碩士學位論文大學生就業(yè)指導科學化研究姓名倪志梅申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)馬克思主義理論與思想政治教育指導教師劉云林20061211中文摘要大學生就業(yè)指導是教育者根據(jù)學生個人特征和社會需要,幫助學生計劃職業(yè)發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)職業(yè)能力,選擇適宜性職業(yè),以促進學生個人和社會的和諧發(fā)展而實施的有組織有計劃的教育實踐活動。大學生就業(yè)指導對于大學生自身的就業(yè)和成材、高等教育的可持續(xù)以及社會穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展都有著十分重要的意義,是當前高校亟待加強的重要工作。要做好大學生就業(yè)指導工作,首先需要對大學生就業(yè)指導本身有一個全面科學的認識和研究。本文從對大學生就業(yè)指導科學化必要性的分析出發(fā),對大學生就業(yè)指導內(nèi)容、方法和手段、隊伍建設、保障措施等方面對大學生就業(yè)指導的各方面進行分析研究,厘清大學生就業(yè)指導工作的重點和努力方向。全文共分五個部分第一部分從三個層面分析大學生就業(yè)指導科學化研究的必要性。第一層面分析大學生需要就業(yè)指導;第二層砸分析大學生就業(yè)指導的現(xiàn)狀;第三層面分析大學生就業(yè)指導科學化研究的重要意義。第二部分研究大學生就業(yè)指導的具體內(nèi)容。從形勢政策和法律法規(guī)層面、信息層面、思想教育層面、心理層面、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、擇業(yè)技巧層面、特殊群體指導層面分析大學生就業(yè)指導的內(nèi)容.第三部分研究大學生就業(yè)指導的方法和手段。第一部分從心理科學方法在大學生就業(yè)指導中的運用和其他方法兩方面闡述大學生就業(yè)指導方法。第二部分從多媒體技術與網(wǎng)絡技術手段兩方面闡述如何在就業(yè)指導中運用好現(xiàn)代化教育手段。第四部分研究建立高素質(zhì)的大學生就業(yè)指導隊伍,從三個層面進行論述,第一個層面提高全體教育者對大學生就業(yè)指導重要性的認識。第二個層面提升就業(yè)指導水平。第三個層面構(gòu)建合理高效的就業(yè)指導專、兼職隊伍。第五部分從確立、強化保障措施角度研究如何加強大學生就業(yè)指導,從課程體系建設、效果評估體系建立、考核激勵機制、硬件建設、資源利用等五個方面進行研究。關鍵詞大學生就業(yè)指導內(nèi)容方法指導隊伍保障措旆
