簡介:指導小組成員名單俞吾金教授汪堂家教授孫向晨教授汪行福教授丁耘副教授張雙利副教授林暉副教授中文摘要歐克肖特是二十世紀重要的思想家尤其在實踐哲學領域其思想更是有著異乎尋常的獨創(chuàng)性和重要性。本文選擇其經(jīng)驗概念為樞機,試圖通過對這個概念的實踐哲學解讀來展示歐克肖特前后期思想的一致性以及這個概念本身所含有的實踐哲學意義。實踐哲學有三個環(huán)節(jié)。第一個環(huán)節(jié)是對哲學本身的規(guī)定和認識。第二個環(huán)節(jié)是對實踐和政治體的哲學考察。第三個環(huán)節(jié)是對哲學與實踐之間關系的考察,達到有實踐自覺的哲學,即實踐哲學。本文正文部分首先考察了歐克肖特從對經(jīng)驗的一般規(guī)定到哲學的環(huán)節(jié),其過渡是對經(jīng)驗模式的論述。在歐克肖特看來經(jīng)驗就是思,經(jīng)驗世界是觀念世界。不同的經(jīng)驗模式是有著不同前提和限定的思,是受限定的觀念世界,相對整全世界而言是抽象的。而哲學追求具體的經(jīng)驗整體,是無條件的思。哲學之思的無條件性在于其對自身條件的自覺。在對哲學作出規(guī)定之后,本文接著考察了歐克肖特對實踐經(jīng)驗的哲學思考。實踐經(jīng)驗本身有兩個維度,一個是實踐活動,一個是實踐活動在其中展開的背景,即政治體。因此本文接著分別考察了歐克肖特對實踐和政治體的理解。在歐克肖特看來,實踐有兩個方面,一個方面是自我展現(xiàn),另一個方面是自我創(chuàng)制。自我展現(xiàn)就是行為者通過選擇做或說關聯(lián)于所設想并希求的結果的這個而不是那個而對其自身的為其所理解的偶然處境的回應,所設想并希求的結果本身是由其他行為者的行動組成的。自我創(chuàng)制則是實踐活動的動機和情感方面。由于行為者之間的實踐交易本身具有暫時性,因此其持續(xù)進行依賴更為穩(wěn)定的關系,歐克肖特稱之為風習。風習有兩種,一種是旨在提升實踐交易成功率因而對于實踐交易來說是工具性的,另一種則是非工具性,后者歐克肖特稱之為道德風習。根據(jù)道德風習的聯(lián)合歐克肖特稱之為公民聯(lián)合。公民聯(lián)合構成了歐克肖特所屬意的實踐的背景。因此本文接著具體考察了歐克肖特的公民聯(lián)合概念。歐克肖特將公民聯(lián)合理解為國家的本質。公民聯(lián)合區(qū)別于事業(yè)聯(lián)合。對公民聯(lián)合與事業(yè)聯(lián)合的區(qū)別構成了歐克肖特實踐哲學的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。事業(yè)聯(lián)合是為了追求一種共同的實質性目的而進行的人與人之間的聯(lián)合,因此事業(yè)聯(lián)合是為了滿足人們的實質性目的。公民聯(lián)合則是由道德風習構成的法的系統(tǒng),歐克肖特也稱之為公共事物。確立了公共事物之后就可以對統(tǒng)治和政治實踐作出明確規(guī)定了。統(tǒng)治是對公共事物的維持,而政治實踐則是根據(jù)公共事物的可欲性來對其狀態(tài)作出某種更改。本文最后考察了歐克肖特思想中哲學與實踐之間的關系,從而完成對其經(jīng)驗概念的實踐哲學解讀。關鍵詞經(jīng)驗哲學實踐公民聯(lián)合政治

簡介:蘇州大學博士學位論文教育隨筆的哲學思考姓名韓承敏申請學位級別博士專業(yè)馬克思主義哲學指導教師朱永新20070501教育隨筆的哲學思考中文提要生活實踐是具有現(xiàn)實意義的,能使我們在馬克思哲學指導下重讀教育,剖析真實的教育追求的是什么,現(xiàn)實生活中的師生追求的是什么在這一層面上,我們厘清了三個問題;現(xiàn)代西方哲學的生活世界觀;馬克思哲學視野中的生活世界觀;教育隨筆作為一種教育生活實踐方式體現(xiàn)了馬克思生活世界的理論旨趣。由此分析教育隨筆的文類特征。教育隨筆是隨筆這種“歷史性文類”在教育領域的運用,是指師生通過對教育生活實踐的思考,用隨筆形式寫出自己的思想過程,目的是使師生更好的自由自覺的享受教育生活。隨筆和教育隨筆有著作為隨筆的共性,但是教育隨筆是置根于教育土壤。隨筆被看作是中國現(xiàn)代知識者的一種重要言說方式,而且更為強調的是中國現(xiàn)代隨筆是中國現(xiàn)代知識者在整個20世紀走向現(xiàn)代化進程中的產物?,F(xiàn)代隨筆在西方的流變史上一直重視對現(xiàn)代思想內容的形象表達,一直以自身的方式凸顯著知識分子的人格色彩,是一種率性而談無所顧忌最為自由的文體,現(xiàn)代隨筆的精魂是“社會批評”與“文明批評”。中國跨入了更加開放、更快發(fā)展的新時代,由于中心消解、多元并立,使各種文化思維、各種批評話語都有了充分展開的可能性與或然性。隨筆以其真實、靈活、自由、活潑、開放的特點,成為知識分子公共言論平臺。隨筆形式為師生所接受,在教育隨筆的世界里,師生,作為知識者在寫作中關注自己的價值欲求,力圖揭示事實背后的價值關系。本文通過對師生共寫教育隨筆的日常基本樣式,并采用隨筆案例相配合剖析,以及分析師生隨筆撰寫者的寫作體會后,認為,在現(xiàn)代教育行動中,教育隨筆有著重要的理論與實踐價值一是改變了學生的生存狀態(tài)二是改變了教師的行走方式;三是改變了學校的發(fā)展模式;四是改變了傳統(tǒng)的教育改革和教育科研范式。本研究中針對教育隨筆寫作中存在的問題,提出了教育隨筆的基本原則,并對教育隨筆的基本寫作過程進行了剖析,并對寫作提出了建議。關鍵詞言說方式新教育實驗教育隨筆哲學價值II作者韓承敏指導教師朱永新
