簡介:隨著新世紀的到來,我國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化。經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化要求我國企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理進行模式轉(zhuǎn)變,實施全新的戰(zhàn)略管理模式基于核心競爭能力的戰(zhàn)略管理。核心競爭力是一個組織擁有的使其具有競爭優(yōu)勢的特性或能力。也是組織制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。本文從北京控制工程研究所組織結(jié)構(gòu)和科研生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀入手,針對該所既是從事國防軍工,又是集研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)于一身的綜合性工程技術研究所這一特點,在調(diào)研分析的基礎上,找出現(xiàn)有科研生產(chǎn)組織和管理方面存在的問題,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理理論從四個方面提出了相應改進的對策與建議。論文從四個方面對北京控制工程研究所的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了研究和分析第一章,通過對中、美、俄等國家在航天政策和國際航天產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的分析,明確了北京控制工程研究所在今后發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中應關注的領域方向;第二章,介紹了北京控制工程研究所的背景、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、承擔的任務和科研生產(chǎn)設施能力,以及該所的“十一五”發(fā)展目標,分析了我國航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點;第三章,運用SWOT方法對北京控制工程研究所目前存在的問題和原因進行了分析,并介紹了日本NTS公司;第四章,在前三章的基礎上,運用核心競爭力特征理論對北控工程和日本NTS公司進行了比較分析,從預先研究、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、項目管理和信息化等四個方面提出了北京控制工程研究所核心競爭力建設和實施路徑。
