簡(jiǎn)介:近年來(lái),基于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)簡(jiǎn)稱虛擬培訓(xùn)引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。虛擬培訓(xùn)打破了傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)模式的局限性,越來(lái)越多的人和企業(yè)意識(shí)到了虛擬培訓(xùn)的重要性,培訓(xùn)需求呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。虛擬培訓(xùn)技術(shù)既有理論研究的價(jià)值,又有廣泛的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和巨大的市場(chǎng)。把虛擬培訓(xùn)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于石油工業(yè)必將為油田數(shù)字化建設(shè)注入更強(qiáng)的信息動(dòng)力。本文對(duì)VIRTOOLS、MULTIGEN和OPENGVS三個(gè)虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)軟件進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上選擇了適合的桌面虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。交互技術(shù)是本課題研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。三維物體拾取是系統(tǒng)中交互功能的基礎(chǔ),本文對(duì)它的理論方法及具體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。由于石油工業(yè)中的工藝流程、技術(shù)規(guī)范、操作規(guī)程多而繁雜,因此在交互過(guò)程中要考慮到的問(wèn)題便更加復(fù)雜,工作量將會(huì)成倍增長(zhǎng),為此在系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中引入了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以提高工作效率。論述了虛擬培訓(xùn)技術(shù)在石油工業(yè)中的具體應(yīng)用,并給出開(kāi)發(fā)虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的流程。本課題運(yùn)用MULTIGEN和OPENGVS組成的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于桌面系統(tǒng)的抽油機(jī)操作仿真與演練系統(tǒng)。利用MULTIGEN構(gòu)建模型,利用VISUALC60和OPENGVS對(duì)系統(tǒng)的場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行控制,并對(duì)三維引擎的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)得到了很好的應(yīng)用,使得受訓(xùn)員工既能進(jìn)行知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)又能進(jìn)行技能培訓(xùn),不僅降低了傳統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)直接操作的危險(xiǎn),也降低了不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,收到了良好的培訓(xùn)效果。

簡(jiǎn)介:本文通過(guò)借鑒其它老工業(yè)基地在提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力中所采取的一些積極舉措,系統(tǒng)的分析了提升湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的措施和策略,希望能對(duì)提升湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提供有益的借鑒。全文分為五部分第一部分介紹技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論研究概況,安排本文的內(nèi)容。第二部分分析湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀,特別針對(duì)武鋼案例進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,探討其在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面的成果。第三部分研究東北老工業(yè)基地和國(guó)外老工業(yè)基地的興衰,分析其內(nèi)在原因,以及它們?cè)谔嵘夹g(shù)創(chuàng)新能力時(shí)所采取的措施。第四部分研究提升湖北老工業(yè)基地的路徑選擇,從內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)到外部激勵(lì),提出多種提升湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的措施。第五部分剖析政府政策對(duì)提升湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響,并且提出政策建議,以促進(jìn)老工業(yè)基地發(fā)展。通過(guò)本文的研究,認(rèn)為,提升湖北老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,應(yīng)從籌集資金加大投入、完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制和加強(qiáng)研發(fā)組織的構(gòu)建等多個(gè)方面著手;并且政府應(yīng)給予一定的優(yōu)惠政策,為老工業(yè)基地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提供政策支持。
