簡介:中圖分類號理2窆UDC68L碩士學位論文學校代碼Q§三三密級公玨航空發(fā)動機導流葉片導流角的測量與分析MEASUREMENTANDANALYSISOFAEROENGINEGUIDEVANE’SDIVERSIONANGLE作者姓名丁梓健學科專業(yè)控制科學與工程研究方向智能檢測學院系、所信息科學與工程學院指導教師魯五一教授副指導教師論文答辯日期蘭絲蘭』勺答辯委員會主席齜中南大學二零一四年五月航空發(fā)動機導流葉片導流角的測量與分析摘要飛機在飛行過程中的座艙抖動現象一直以來都是航空領域中復雜且容易引發(fā)事故的問題。研究表明航空發(fā)動機導流葉片的一致性對發(fā)動機的性能會產生重要的影響,是導致飛機座艙抖動的主要原因之一。當前,航空發(fā)動機檢修工廠對葉片一致性檢測方法落后,都是使用尺寸規(guī)手工對葉片進行測量。手工測量的系統(tǒng)誤差很大、精度不高。這為飛機的安全飛行埋下了隱患。為了準確地對葉片的一致性進行檢測,本文提出一種導流角離線測量方案。本文詳細介紹了喘振產生的原因和預防措施,分析了葉片一致性對喘振的影響,提出了改進的導流角測量方法,并設計了自動化檢測裝置。導流角測量方法首先對通過葉片實物測量得到的數據進行降噪處理,以排除噪聲點對后續(xù)工作的干擾,然后采用弦高差法精簡了數據中的冗余點,以提高重構工作的效率,在此基礎之上運用切片技術,即采用一組平行平面與葉片的三維數據相切,得到了一系列的葉片截面輪廓數據,將上下表面的數據分離后,重構了葉片的截面輪廓曲線,最后通過計算得到導流葉片的導流角。本文以測量得到的導流角數據為依據,對測量結果進行了對比,分析了各組數據的平均值和方差,提出了同一個葉片和葉片間一致性的判定方法。分析結果表明葉片的導流角測量方法是可行的,可以有效地提高測量的精度,且可以多次測量,從而很好的解決偶然性誤差對測量結果的影響,在理論研究的基礎上,開發(fā)了檢測系統(tǒng)軟件,最后在總結全文工作的基礎上,指出了有待進一步完成的工作。圖40幅,表19個,參考文獻50篇。關鍵詞喘振;導流葉片;導流角;曲線重構;分類號TP29

簡介:娜介次掌碩士學位論文寥論文題目航空發(fā)動機機匣包容性的試驗研究與負真讓算作者姓名指導教師學科專業(yè)所在學院提交日期浙江大學碩士學位論文摘要本文主要研究航空發(fā)動機機匣對斷裂葉片的包容性問題。在年實驗基礎上,本文又對四組不同尺寸單平板葉片和機匣的高速撞擊模型進行了實驗研究,得到四組實驗結果。在四組實驗中,葉片均被機匣成功包容。葉片在機匣上撞擊出不同數目、深淺的凹坑。對于較高轉速下飛斷的長葉片,機匣上形成的第二個凹坑最深,葉片也卷曲厲害而對于低速下飛斷或者較短葉片,則一般會發(fā)生三次撞擊,其中第一個凹坑最深,而葉片則沒有很大的變形。葉片變形對撞擊過程中機匣的受力情況影響很大。結合年和年的實驗研究數據,選取其中的四組,利用軟件建立計算模型,對實驗過程進行仿真模擬。計算結果和實驗結果有較好的吻合,真實再現了葉片撞擊機匣的過程,成功的預測了機匣的包容能力,驗證了可使用仿真計算進行包容能力校核或設計新型包容結構。根據結構塑性動力學響應分析和葉片變形過程分析,指出葉片卷曲的形狀對凹坑的分布起到決定性作用,并對影響葉片卷曲形狀的飛斷轉速、抗彎剛度等參數進行了考察。根據撞擊過程中能量的分配與吸收,將撞擊過程分解為幾個階段,進一步弄清了葉片高速撞擊機匣的機理。本文建立的計算模型適用于不同材料、不同轉速、不同結構的包容性問題,為進行機匣包容性研究提供了新方法,降低了實驗費用和研發(fā)周期,對發(fā)動機機匣結構的改進研究有一定的實際意義。關鍵詞航空發(fā)動機包容性葉片塑性動力學數值仿真
