簡介:該文試圖借鑒國外先進的項目管理理論、方法及國外公司成功的項目管理經(jīng)驗并結(jié)合國內(nèi)的實際情況來檢驗和分析中國化工建設(shè)企業(yè)在項目管理上的有效性此論文以中國化學(xué)工程第七建設(shè)公司簡稱CC7為具體對象輻射到其總公司中國化學(xué)工程總公司簡稱CNCEC及其它所屬分公司在對逐步改制中的化工建設(shè)企業(yè)項目管理現(xiàn)狀所存在問題進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上有針對性地提出該類企業(yè)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)的項目管理的調(diào)整方案第一章項目及項目管理的基本理論概要闡述了項目及項目管理的理論觀點并指出項目管理組織的不同類型第二章國外項目管理的先進經(jīng)驗通過對資料的收集及整理、分析提出了國外項目管理實施中可供借鑒的先進經(jīng)驗第三章中國化學(xué)工程第七建設(shè)公司項目管理的發(fā)展歷程及意義在分析CC7工程項目管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合中國化工建設(shè)的發(fā)展趨勢提出了相對于國外項目管理所存在的差異第四章中國化學(xué)工程第七建設(shè)公司實施工程項目管理的分析通過對CC7在國內(nèi)外工程中實施項目管理的實際案例的具體分析指出了許多業(yè)已存在的問題明確了調(diào)整與變革的必要性第五章中國化學(xué)工程第七建設(shè)公司實施工程項目管理的變革設(shè)計對CC7的項目管理模式進行深入的研究進而提出調(diào)整與變革設(shè)計的內(nèi)容并就一些相關(guān)熱點問題進行了探討第六章結(jié)束語對變革設(shè)計進行綜合評述以期對中國化工建設(shè)企業(yè)工程項目管理實施的進一步發(fā)展與完善提供有益的啟示
