簡(jiǎn)介:揚(yáng)州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文蘇太豬FUT1基因及其他候選基因的遺傳效應(yīng)分析姓名曹晶晶申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)動(dòng)物遺傳育種與繁殖指導(dǎo)教師陳國(guó)宏吳圣龍20090501揚(yáng)州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文檢測(cè)到3種等位基因,5種基因型,但前者沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)CC基因型,后者沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)BC基因型,等位基因A對(duì)群體中MXL基因位點(diǎn)和DQBRSAI基因位點(diǎn)而言均絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì);對(duì)于DQBEXON2HAELII檢測(cè)到2種基因和3種基因型,等位基因D占絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì);利用PCRSSCP方法對(duì)DQA基因進(jìn)行多態(tài)性檢測(cè),產(chǎn)生了CC、CD和DD三種基因型,等位基因C占絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)突變位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)序,發(fā)現(xiàn)第4外顯子的5233處發(fā)生堿基G,A的突變,突變的結(jié)果導(dǎo)致相應(yīng)的氨基酸由丙氨酸代替了蘇氨酸。其中DD型為野生型,而CC型為突變型。經(jīng)卡方適合性檢驗(yàn),除DQBEXON2RSAI位點(diǎn)處于HARDYWEINBERG非平衡狀態(tài)外尸005。CC基因型的生長(zhǎng)性狀在不同階段表現(xiàn)都是最高的。6對(duì)ESR基因進(jìn)行基因多態(tài)性檢測(cè),統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),B等位基因?yàn)槿后w中的優(yōu)勢(shì)等位基因。利用最小二乘擬合線性模型,對(duì)蘇太豬ESR基因PVUII突變位點(diǎn)不同基因型與繁殖性能進(jìn)行顯著性檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示在初產(chǎn)母豬中AA基因型個(gè)體的產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)NBA、初生窩重BLW和經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬中的斷奶成活數(shù)NW均顯著高于BB基因型和AB基因型個(gè)體尸O05;經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬中AA基因型個(gè)體的總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)TNB極顯著高于AB和BB基因型個(gè)體氏001,同時(shí),AA基因型個(gè)

簡(jiǎn)介:揚(yáng)州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文直播密度對(duì)水稻不同類型品種綜合生產(chǎn)力的影響姓名盧燕申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)作物栽培學(xué)與耕作學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師張洪程霍中洋20080501盧燕直播南度對(duì)水稻小同類型品種綜令生產(chǎn)力墮籮響三直播密度對(duì)水稻不同類型品種綜合生產(chǎn)力的影響研究生盧燕導(dǎo)師張洪程教授霍中洋副教授揚(yáng)州大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,225009中文摘要2006~2007年在揚(yáng)州大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)農(nóng)場(chǎng),于麥茬條件下以常規(guī)中粳淮稻9號(hào)、鹽粳9號(hào),常規(guī)晚粳武香粳14號(hào)、武粳15、丙03123、秀水128、嘉33,雜交晚粳常優(yōu)1號(hào)、E24、蘇優(yōu)22號(hào)為試驗(yàn)材料,研究不同直播密度常規(guī)粳稻畝基本苗2、4、6、8、10力,雜交粳稻2、3、4、5、6萬(wàn)對(duì)不同類型品種生育期、產(chǎn)量、群體質(zhì)量、肥料吸收和品質(zhì)的影響。以期為不同類型品種直播稻適宜密度的確定提供理論依據(jù)。主要結(jié)果如下1、不同類型品種全生育期均表現(xiàn)為密度增大,全生育期變長(zhǎng),但僅相差L~3天。不同類型品種間也有所差異。2、水稻不同品種的產(chǎn)量均與直播密度呈拋物線關(guān)系,隨著直播密度的提高,產(chǎn)量呈先增后減的趨勢(shì)。在產(chǎn)量結(jié)構(gòu)上,同一水稻品種的畝穗數(shù)、結(jié)實(shí)率均與直播密度呈顯著的拋物線關(guān)系,每穗粒數(shù)與直播密度呈顯著的線性負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,千粒重與直播密度呈不顯著的線性負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。本試驗(yàn)條件下,常規(guī)粳稻畝基本苗6萬(wàn)、雜交粳稻4萬(wàn)的畝穗數(shù)適宜,每穗粒數(shù)較多,結(jié)實(shí)率高,產(chǎn)量晟高。同一密度條件下,不同類型品種間的產(chǎn)量均有顯著差異。其中常規(guī)晚粳的產(chǎn)量最高,其次是雜交晚粳,常規(guī)中粳偏低,表明本試驗(yàn)條件下常規(guī)晚粳具有較高的產(chǎn)量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)。3、常規(guī)粳稻畝基本苗6萬(wàn)、雜交粳稻4萬(wàn)時(shí),莖蘗動(dòng)態(tài)、LAI動(dòng)態(tài)、干物質(zhì)積累以及成熟期株高及節(jié)間配置上具有高產(chǎn)形成的優(yōu)勢(shì),提高了莖蘗成穗率及高

簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)UDC密級(jí)碩士學(xué)位論文巖灘水庫(kù)不同類型水域理化因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化及水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)姬永杰論文答辯日期2Q三生§旦23目學(xué)位授予日期答辯委員會(huì)主席汪建國(guó)麴援巖灘水庫(kù)不同類型水域理化因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化及水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)摘要近年來(lái),隨著大水面資源利用加深,水環(huán)境問(wèn)題日漸嚴(yán)重。本文以大化縣巖灘庫(kù)區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,從2011年LO月到2012年10月,監(jiān)測(cè)江棟網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖密集區(qū)、巴龍島網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖次密集區(qū)、上音屯圍欄養(yǎng)殖區(qū)、漢達(dá)主河道非養(yǎng)殖區(qū)四個(gè)不同類型水域的周年水質(zhì)狀況。監(jiān)測(cè)透明度SD、水溫WT、PH值、總磷TP、總氮TN、溶氧DO、五日生化需氧量BODS、化學(xué)需氧量CODMN、氨態(tài)氮NH3N、亞硝酸鹽N02NH葉綠素A共1L項(xiàng)水質(zhì)指標(biāo);調(diào)研搜集監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)的養(yǎng)殖狀況加以輔助分析。通過(guò)對(duì)各項(xiàng)水質(zhì)因子的動(dòng)態(tài)變化分析和水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià),研究不同養(yǎng)殖模型和養(yǎng)殖容量對(duì)水質(zhì)狀況的影響,找出水質(zhì)變化的規(guī)律和關(guān)鍵影響因素。各類型監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)水質(zhì)因子基本符合漁業(yè)水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB1160789,受地質(zhì)環(huán)境的影響,PH值在5.7“6.4之間,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍之外。漢達(dá)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)殖活動(dòng)的干擾,各項(xiàng)水質(zhì)因子為巖灘庫(kù)區(qū)正常水質(zhì)狀況。在三個(gè)養(yǎng)殖水域中,由于養(yǎng)殖類型、養(yǎng)殖容量和吞濾比等因素的影響,上音屯的各項(xiàng)水質(zhì)因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化與漢達(dá)最為接近,巴龍島各項(xiàng)水質(zhì)因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化與漢達(dá)的接近度僅次于上音屯,江棟的各項(xiàng)水質(zhì)因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化狀況與漢達(dá)相差最遠(yuǎn),為各監(jiān)測(cè)水域中最差。各監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)周年水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果江棟周年水質(zhì)在II“III級(jí)之間;巴龍島周年水質(zhì)在I~I(xiàn)II級(jí)之間;巴龍島、上音屯和漢達(dá)周年水質(zhì)在I~I(xiàn)II級(jí)之間。對(duì)于不同養(yǎng)殖水域江棟、巴龍島和上音屯,魚(yú)類養(yǎng)殖類型和養(yǎng)殖容量是影響水質(zhì)級(jí)別的主要因素。圍欄養(yǎng)殖水域上音屯的水質(zhì)級(jí)別明顯高于網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖水域;同為網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖水域的江棟和巴龍島,網(wǎng)箱放置密度是影響水質(zhì)級(jí)別的主要因素,在高網(wǎng)箱密度養(yǎng)殖活動(dòng)的壓力下,網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖密集區(qū)江棟的水質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果相對(duì)集中,已失去了應(yīng)有的季節(jié)性變化;網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)殖次密集區(qū)巴龍島周年水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果也較差,但季節(jié)性差異明顯,仍有典型的季節(jié)性變化。非養(yǎng)殖監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)漢達(dá)周水質(zhì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果主要受到水溫和降雨量等自然因素的影響,且水質(zhì)狀況優(yōu)于各個(gè)養(yǎng)殖水域。綜上所述巖灘庫(kù)區(qū)各監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)的水質(zhì)因子動(dòng)態(tài)變化和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與大水面養(yǎng)殖類型和養(yǎng)殖容量有密切的關(guān)系。建議江棟和巴龍島養(yǎng)殖水域減少養(yǎng)殖網(wǎng)箱放置密度;在第二批養(yǎng)殖魚(yú)類放養(yǎng)前給養(yǎng)殖水域一定的休憩期,減小魚(yú)類的吞濾比;根據(jù)科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確T

簡(jiǎn)介:華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文基于MODIS數(shù)據(jù)的作物物候期監(jiān)測(cè)及作物類型識(shí)別模式研究姓名張明偉申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)資源環(huán)境信息工程指導(dǎo)教師蔡崇法周清波20060601結(jié)果與農(nóng)業(yè)氣象物候監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)對(duì)比分析顯示,遙感監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果與農(nóng)業(yè)氣象觀測(cè)指標(biāo)有較好的一致性。遙感監(jiān)測(cè)的生長(zhǎng)季開(kāi)始期可以分別對(duì)應(yīng)冬小麥的反青期、夏玉米的三葉期;生殖生長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)分別對(duì)應(yīng)冬小麥抽穗期、夏玉米抽雄期;生長(zhǎng)季結(jié)束期分別對(duì)應(yīng)兩者成熟期。兩種方式獲取的作物生育期的信息可以相互轉(zhuǎn)換。3根據(jù)冬小麥物候歷,選擇冬小麥最初生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中的EVI序列數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主成分分析,利用前三個(gè)主分量作為分類特征,對(duì)冬小麥播種面積進(jìn)行識(shí)別取得了較好效果;對(duì)于秋季作物,采用分層迭代分類的方法,首先利用主分量分析的前三個(gè)主分量為分類特征,識(shí)區(qū)分出一熟模式區(qū)和兩熟模式區(qū);然后引入秋季作物生長(zhǎng)季始期、生殖生長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),生長(zhǎng)季末期以及這三個(gè)時(shí)期對(duì)應(yīng)EVI值為分類特征進(jìn)行非監(jiān)督分類,作物制圖最低精度為84%。4對(duì)MODISEVI時(shí)序數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行傅里葉分析,將作物的光譜信息轉(zhuǎn)化為振幅,將物候信息轉(zhuǎn)化為初始相位,利用傅立葉分析的前4級(jí)諧波以及曲線均值作為分類特征進(jìn)行作物種類識(shí)別,取得了較好的分類效果,整個(gè)識(shí)別過(guò)程體現(xiàn)了作物物候信息與作物光譜相結(jié)合識(shí)別作物類型的過(guò)程,減少了冗余信息的干擾。5對(duì)在作物類型識(shí)別、以及物候參數(shù)提取的基礎(chǔ)上,提取華北地區(qū)2004年冬小麥、夏玉米物候分布圖。對(duì)冬小麥、夏玉米主要物候期以及主要物候期之間持續(xù)時(shí)間的分布格局進(jìn)行了描述,同時(shí)對(duì)這兩種作物主要物候期發(fā)生時(shí)闖與地理位置之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,冬小麥主要物候期發(fā)生時(shí)間與緯度呈正相關(guān),返青和抽穗期與經(jīng)度呈正相關(guān),成熟期與經(jīng)度相關(guān)性不大;夏玉米生長(zhǎng)季始末期與緯度呈正相關(guān),與經(jīng)度呈負(fù)相關(guān),夏玉米抽雄期與兩者關(guān)系不相關(guān)性不大。6在對(duì)冬小麥關(guān)鍵物候期提取的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了冬小麥抽穗期EVI值以及其生育期內(nèi)EVI積分值與冬小麥產(chǎn)量之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果顯示冬小麥抽穗期EVI值及冬小麥返青期至收獲期EVI積分值與作物產(chǎn)量之間有很好的相關(guān)性。因此,可以認(rèn)為冬小麥抽穗期EVI值體現(xiàn)了作物營(yíng)養(yǎng)生長(zhǎng)狀況,可以利用抽穗期作物EVI早期預(yù)測(cè)作物產(chǎn)量;EVI曲線的積分值能綜合反映作物整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育過(guò)程,因此可以根據(jù)這一規(guī)律對(duì)農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行估算。7對(duì)冬小麥、夏玉米生育期內(nèi)EVI均值與平均溫度、降水量、日照時(shí)數(shù)相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示,2004年溫度和降水是冬小麥生長(zhǎng)的主要限制因子,其中溫度起主導(dǎo)作用;2004年夏玉米生長(zhǎng)制約因素是溫度和日照時(shí)數(shù),降水與夏玉米生長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)EVI均值關(guān)系不大。關(guān)鍵詞農(nóng)作物;遙感;MODIS;物候期監(jiān)測(cè);作物類型識(shí)別

簡(jiǎn)介:廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文編碼HNSLIKE蛋白的XRVA基因在水稻黃單胞菌的毒力及其他細(xì)胞過(guò)程的調(diào)控分析姓名宋志忠申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師馮家勛20090601生型亦顯著降低。此外,我們構(gòu)建了XRVA啟動(dòng)子GUSA的GUS報(bào)告質(zhì)粒PGUSXRVA,GUS酶活檢測(cè)和組織化學(xué)GUS染色結(jié)果表明,XRVA在基本培養(yǎng)基XOM2的表達(dá)顯著提高,在宿主植株體內(nèi)亦能顯著表達(dá)。此外,我們通過(guò)同源自殺質(zhì)粒定點(diǎn)整合突變法構(gòu)建了XRVA同源基因XRVB的突變體GXN2008。初步毒力檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明XRVB整合突變后,不影響其對(duì)宿主植株水稻特優(yōu)63的毒力。上述研究表明,XRVA是XOO重要的致病力調(diào)控基因。關(guān)鍵詞水稻黃單胞菌水稻致病變種XRVAHNS蛋白過(guò)敏反應(yīng)胞外多糖糖原可擴(kuò)散性信號(hào)因子II
