簡介:1履帶拖拉機變速器改進設計Ⅱ履帶拖拉機變速器改進設計Ⅱ摘要本次設計任務為履帶拖拉機變速器的改進設計。變速箱的結(jié)構(gòu)對拖拉機的動力性、經(jīng)濟性、操縱的可靠性與輕便性、工作噪聲等都有直接影響。變速箱主要用來改變發(fā)動機傳到驅(qū)動輪上的轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速,目的是在起步、爬坡、轉(zhuǎn)彎、加速等各種行駛工況下,使汽車獲得不同的牽引力和速度,同時使發(fā)動機在最有利的工況范圍工作,設有空檔和倒檔,并設有動力輸軸。為適應農(nóng)業(yè)耕作的復雜工況,要求變速箱采用多檔位以使變速箱有較寬的速比范圍,以使拖拉機能高效率高質(zhì)量地完成各種作業(yè)。該變速器采用手動嚙合套換檔機構(gòu),空間三軸布置方式,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。本次設計按照傳統(tǒng)設計方法,本著半經(jīng)驗半理論的設計原則通過類比法確定方案,參照已有變速箱結(jié)構(gòu),最后以機械零件的強度和剛度理論對確定的形狀和尺寸進行必要的計算和校核,以滿足約束條件,進而縮短設計周期,降低設計成本。關鍵詞拖拉機,變速箱,嚙合套,改進設計3符號說明發(fā)動機標定功率,PEKW發(fā)動機標定轉(zhuǎn)速,ENMINR傳動系總傳動比TI履帶驅(qū)動輪半徑,DRM拖拉機理論工作速度,KMHV變速器的傳動比BI中央傳動比ZI最終傳動比MI各檔之間的公比QA中心距,MMT軸及軸所承受的轉(zhuǎn)矩,NM最大地面驅(qū)動力,MAXXFN地面支反力,ZFN附著系數(shù)整車總質(zhì)量,0MKGG重力加速度,NKG中心距系數(shù)KM模數(shù),MM彎曲應力,MPA彎矩,MNM軸承基本額定壽命用小時來表示,HLH當量動載荷,PN壽命指數(shù),球軸承3,滾子軸承103

簡介:遼寧工程技術(shù)大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)1前言本次畢業(yè)設計是為了讓我們更清楚地理解怎樣確定零件的加工方案,通過畢業(yè)設計,可以掌握正確的設計方法和設計思維方法,進一步提高自己有關機械制造工藝及設備方面的設計能力,提高制圖、計算、文字敘述、運用各種標準、規(guī)范、手冊的能力,學會調(diào)查研究、理論聯(lián)系實際、鍛煉查閱、分析研究國內(nèi)外有關資料的能力,鞏固并擴大知識領域和視野,學習本專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)與設計題目有關的專業(yè)知識,使自己得到更好的鍛煉,為我們即將走上工作崗位的畢業(yè)生打基礎全套圖紙,加全套圖紙,加153893706153893706本人設計的是YB110021葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子12¢35深孔鉆削專用機床及夾具設計,原阜新液壓件廠是以普通鉆床和專用夾具、在工人手動目視下大體對準后進行加工,工人勞動強度大,生產(chǎn)率也不高,為適應大批大量生產(chǎn)的需要,必須進行改革,本人根據(jù)自己所學知識,在設定大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)批量下和教師教導下進行了設計。本說明書對畢業(yè)設計整個過程有關原則、設計計算、有關分析和論述的必要部分加以說明,另外還附有若干必要的圖表。說明書的內(nèi)容見目錄,是按照組合機床設計的規(guī)律和步驟進行的。遼寧工程技術(shù)大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)3臺組合機床加工。從零件圖上看,轉(zhuǎn)子的厚度為28MM,可見其不薄,簡化為材料力學模型后屬塊體。因為屬于深孔加工,工進的方式和速度一定要合理,待鉆深3MM左右后,即可按一般進給速度正常鉆削,直到鉆通為止。在滿足之上的精度要求后,孔加工的要求不算高,現(xiàn)有的工藝很易保證,零件的加工工藝性良好。13組合機床工藝方案設計131工序由設計任務書知,工藝路線基于以上分析,工藝路線制定如下0鍛造5熱處理正火HB14317910車削車外圓端面,鉆、擴孔15鉆削沿轉(zhuǎn)子槽根部鉆12個直徑為35的通孔20銑削銑葉片槽25拉削拉矩形花鍵至圖紙要求30銑削銑花鍵外徑35磨削磨各平面、外圓和葉片槽40去毛刺45清洗50防銹處理
